I purchased an eoc05 a few months ago and have been loving it! I had my first issue that I couldn't resolve on my own and had to contact tech support. They were wonderful and walked me through fixing it. When it's time to upgrade, I will be sticking with poolin, they have made me a customer for life!

First of all, I am a total newbie when it comes to embroidery, no experience especially when it comes to multi needle machine. Before I purchased my poolin EOM, I was considering 2 other brands. Ultimately I decided to go with poolin because of the reputation of the technical support. Boy am I glad I went with my purchase, because right now that I’m starting to make embroidery products, it is golden I have Kevin on the “hot line”. He has helped me every single time! I don’t want to give them any ideas but I feel like I’m on a paid tech support service with them. Just because of the back up I get with this machine, I would not hesitate Recommending this machine especially for a beginner like me. Shout out to Kevin for a great awesome tech support.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the whole Poolin /Bai team. They are so informative and helpful anytime we need it. I've had my share of random pop up issues over the last year or so and Leo was there to help. Sent me replacement parts at no cost and I was back up and running in NO TIME!

The gear and equipment on their site is always shipped quickly and packed nice. If you're in the hunt for anything embroidery, go Poolin. Especially if you are new to it!

He regularly checks in to see how everything is going, reminds me about routine machine maintenance, and is always available to answer my questions quickly. He even asks me to send photos of the front and back of my embroidery designs so he can help ensure the machine is stitching properly and offer suggestions if needed.

I have the Poolin Eoc07 it’s my very first embroidery machine and I had no machine embroidery experience before getting it, I had no difficulty getting started, their youtube channel has videos to help you get started and the customer service team is very good, they even answered my silly questions about random concerns I had about using the machine since I’ve never used one before.
The machine itself is also a good size, I can make tiny things or very large things with it, although Richword thread is recommended ive had no problem using old unknown sewing thread that has been sitting around for years, or machine embroidery thread from other companies with the machine

My husband upgraded my embroidery machine for Christmas to a Poolin! I love the machine. It is user friendly and the support is amazing! When I have any questions, they are there to help and always resolve the issue for me. Couldn't be happier with the machine and the support team!

Precisione e qualità del punto: I ricami sono puliti, precisi e i colori vengono sfumati e gestiti divinamente. Ho testato la macchina su diversi tipi di tessuto (dal cotone leggero al denim più pesante) e il risultato è sempre professionale.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile: Per le funzionalità che offre e l'ampia area di ricamo, il prezzo è assolutamente competitivo rispetto ad altri marchi sul mercato.
