Building our inground pool with Pool Town was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new pool. I highly recommend Pool Town for anyone looking to create their dream outdoor oasis!

Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL! That said, Pool Town made the process manageable. Their 3 phase system with office personal assigned to each phase was very helpful. The office staff was always available to field a question or connect us with the contractors who would be working on our project. The also were terrific in scheduling the inspections with our local township. The project moved quickly and the results are we have a gorgeous pool that will serve as the centerpiece for our backyard makeover. I would highly recommend Pool Town to those that want to take on the stress of a new pool installation. Pool Town really does take that stress away.

While it was a long and sometimes stressful process, Pool Town ultimately installed a beautiful well-built pool. The Pool Town employees Carl Chimenti from Sales, Victor the Pool installer, and Gina Aquino from Phase 2 Construction Coordinator were all truly amazing. The two guys from Excel who opened and closed my pool were also very helpful. All of these people really took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

From the start, Carl, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. Shanna, Laura and Fallon in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with Bryan went very smoothly as well as the install with Vinny. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, Sandi, Gina, Lisa and Karina were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

We have had an amazing experience with pool town from the start to finish. We worked with Billy as our pool town salesman. He was very informative and walked us through the process. Then we were finally sent to permits. We worked with Kirsten, Morgan, and Brianna. They filed everything for us a continued to call the town to follow up as frequent as possible. We finally got to the excavation process! Chester and his team were amazing. They were much neater than expected!! When you hear about such a big project things can go wrong and messes can be made. They kept our backyard as neat as possible for a construction site and my kids were amazed at how they completed the job! They also backfilled for us and we were so happy with the grading of the pool according to our backyard! We used Hailey for our liner and we are soooo happy with the liner we chose. We brought in pictures and she worked with us to find the perfect one! Then Carlos and his team completely the installation. They were so quick - we could not believe how fast they completed the job! Our liner turned out beautiful! We then worked with Josantos for our cement. Of course you have to wait for the ground to settle - but they were quick and did an amazing job! We worked with Jon who walked us through design, colors and answered any and every question we had! We are so happy with the color and quality of the concrete! Erik completed our orientation- he was awesome. He was very informative and helped us with anything we needed. He answered all question and even follow up questions! Then we finally worked with LeeSantos waterfall. This truly completes the project! It is a beautiful addition to our pool and he was so great to work with!

Shout out to all the ladies behind the scenes who always answered questions and followed up thoroughly. Gina, Sandi and Mollie in the Phase 2 and Leesa, Lisa and Karina in Phase 3. They were always willing to answer questions via phone or email and did so quickly.

It was a pleasure to work with pool town! We are so happy with our completed project and so happy to make memories in our backyard for years to come!!

Pooltown installed our pool in 2023. we had an amazing experience with them. from sales to installation the customer service was top notch. Gina, Leesa, Brian and Vinnie and his crew were top notch. they were friendly and took pride in thier work and interactions! Cost effective, polite, and awesome work!! can’t wait to spend our summers with our amazing pool!

We had a great experience with PoolTown right from our first meeting. We walked through what we were looking to do and planned it out. From Billy at the start to Matt who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got us into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in.

Jimmy was awesome when he came to do the excavation. My installer Vinny and his crew were amazing. Sandi and Gina were awesome with the information and phone calls. Leesa has been great getting the job finished.

Our pool is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Carl, always the consummate professional, stayed with us throughout and was able to answer questions for us and help things move along from start to finish. Anestis built us the pool of out dreams in record time, and Patrick and Kevin returned several times to ensure that the ever present red dirt in our area was properly removed and our beautiful white liner looked perfect. Some hiccups in communication were addressed by Leesa at the end of stage 3, and i am confident that we will continue using Pool Town to maintain our backyard oasis for years to come.

The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling.
Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management.
Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!

If I could put negative stars, warn every potential customer or put up flyers I would. Consumers need to be aware of who they are dealing with. The experience with pool town from start to finish was absolutely horrific. I have never worked with, communicated with or experienced such disorganized and unprofessional individuals. Our permits were approved and completed June 2021 and our pool was completed finally by June 2022 an ENTIRE year later (which was blamed on covid even though their contract says they refund $ for every week delayed after permitting). We basically paid 45k for a vinyl liner and hole in the yard. All the other labor and costs were on us. We do live on a hill and hit rock and they immediately charged us an additional 10k without a manager on site to even explain. The 10k didn’t even cover removal of the rock, which they added until we brought in our own machine which finished the job in 1 ½ days. Their staff rarely answers the phone unless its to receive a payment and the general manager only came to our site 2 times during the entire year span since the project started, always with an attitude and never replying to our calls, instead sending nasty and unprofessional text messages. Every phone call was ignored or rudely answered. We agreed to pay the additional fee due to the rock and soil considerations for our location however they continued to nickel and dime throughout the remainder of the project. Trash was left on the property for over 6 months and I made several attempts to ask them to clean it up. In the end we had to remove the debris ourselves, yet every time they came they had time to put up a pool town sign on our property. Trying to get them to install the final railing and show us how to even set up and use the pool was also painful. Note to anyone who is looking for a good pool company, this isn’t it!

Pool Town was great to work with. Our pool was scheduled to start in Spring 2023 and they started in Aug 2022 which was ahead of schedule. When they said they would arrive they always did and got everything done in that day. We never had any issues and the Pool Town staff always responded back to me right away if I had any questions and were wonderful. We could not be happier with our decision to have Pool Town do our pool and our pool came out beautiful!

Excellent experience with Pool Town. I shopped all the competitors in the area and found them to be the best. Their construction and warranty is the best you will find. All the staff are friendly and always available to answer questions.

The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints.
