Exceptional customer service, fast turnaround. I purchased an Apple Watch strap which is very sturdy and fits my watch well. The leather is a wee bit stiffer than I'd like, however, I'm confident it will soften up over time. On each product page, I would like to see the metal content of the hardware when choosing between "silver" and "black"; I'm allergic to nickel, and didn't learn that the "silver" hardware is nickel, until after I ordered. They were very good about changing my metal choice, but I'd have appreciated it if it was made clear when making the choice. Would order again!

Ordering and delivery of The Every Day Satchel was a smooth process. The satchel is well made but its design is not very well thought out. The interior is basic with one divider in the center that does not extend to the bottom. The satchel's strap had a visible 1/8" deep cut across it (was this done as a break away for safety or a mistake?). I've been using this satchel for a few months and I can say that it's an okay satchel but not great and definitely overpriced. I would not buy another.

I found this wallet to be significantly overpriced for its actual quality and functionality. The leather and construction feel closer to a craft-fair item than a premium product at this price point.

From a usability standpoint, the design falls short. There isn’t enough space for cash, and the card capacity is extremely limited. To make it usable day-to-day, I ended up using a rubber band just to keep everything together — which defeats the purpose of buying a “premium” wallet.

What’s most frustrating is the gap between how the product is marketed and how it performs. The branding and presentation suggest a thoughtful, high-end everyday carry item, but the real-world function doesn’t support that promise.

In my opinion, this feels especially risky as a gift purchase: the product looks premium, but someone familiar with wallets or daily use would quickly notice the shortcomings. Buyers should be aware that they may be paying for aesthetics and marketing rather than durability or practicality.

I would not purchase again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values function, capacity, or long-term use.

Not great - I purchased what was sold as a full-grain leather desk mat.

Upon arrival, two things were clear:
- this was not full-grain leather; it had clearly been sanded down
- the finish was extremely poor - within a week, normal usage (putting things like computer peripherals and notebooks) on the mat were enough to damage the finish

I don't feel great writing this as the company present themselves as a small independent business and I wish them the very best, but the item I received was of very poor quality, particularly given the price I paid for it.

I originally gave this company a poor review. I was upset that while trying to support a Canadian business and show my solidarity during this time of upheaval from our neighbors in the south wanting to annex Canada, I received two Canada flag hats made in Vietnam and Bangladesh. I believed the website was deceptive in overstating their "Made in Canada" status and not being transparent about the manufacture location of their apparel.
This is a leather goods store, and in my case, they take their leather goods and apply them to a blank hat (they also have other leather goods like belts, wallets, bags, etc). I do understand that it is difficult to find Canadian-manufactured goods at a price point people are willing to spend. Although I was a little hot under the collar, they responded repeatedly in a respectful and courteous manner. They immediately upgraded their website to indicate that the blank hats were made using international partners. They also agreed to refund the hats, including shipping, if that’s what I wanted.
As scared of the political events as I am and as much as I tried to hold onto my outrage, I find myself liking them and wanting them and everyone who works there to be successful. They are a small company in BC, and the hats are actually really nice hats. They have also removed American flag hats from their inventory.
Quality products, Canadian business. I support this company.

I am 55 and have been carrying various wallets daily since my first job at 14. I have been so poor, for so long, that it is intrinsically wonderful carry my beautiful new POPOV LEATHER wallet now that I am more financially comfortable. Great work POPOV team!
