POP RV is a scam. They are a broker without inventory just relisting private sellers vehicles for a commission. Ask them about one of their "great deals" and they will try and put you in something else for more money. I asked the sales rep for details regarding an engineered bed platform in an RV, and if it would fold up or not. He replied, "These are DIY vans, put a stick under it like the hood of your car". You mean to tell me you want me to spend 70k on a rig and I have to put a stick uncer the bed frame to turn it into a couch?? TOTAL CLOWNS....

Tricia made the buying experience easy and straightforward. She did an excellent job.

We sold our RV through Popsells and they did a good job of handling everything. Our salesman was Steve and he did an amazing job of handling any questions and requests we had.

The pictures of the camper is not the one they sold me because in the photograph there is no sign of damage which is on this camper. There was no disclosure on the sewage tank of how bad it was backed up. There was no disclosure that the title was lost and had the way a very long time to get the title. They did not disclose the fact that the owner was using the camper for a rental, which was very noticeable on the inside. I would not buy anything from these people. They are not trustworthy.

In selling our Coachmen Class A RV, Sandra Lake was expeditious, courteous, and knew her stuff. She facilitated all the sometimes stressful details of the paperwork and all went very well. She was a pleasure to work with.

The Sales Representative Joseph Froh and the Closing Representative Jennifer Overla were both wonderful, walking us through the purchase process, coordinating with the Sellers, ensuring that we were protected and reassured that the transaction was legitimate and secure.

Sale and pick up of boat went smoothly after that process was a nightmare. I paid an additional $500 to POP to guarantee a smooth process through the registration process. It was NOT smooth. Because of incompetence the process took three months to complete and a lot of wasted time on my part. Purchased boat end of January did not have it registered in New York till nearly May . Missed the best month of my fishing season. Once things starting going wrong did not receive the same attention as when they were trying to sell me a boat. If I were to purchase another boat would avoid POP and move on to another broker.

We enjoyed working with both the buying agent and selling agent and also the loan and closing team. Everyone was professional and helped us meet our deadline in order to purchase the RV and be able to use it immediately for a prescheduled trip. Great job POP’s RV!!
