Excellent service from booking to eating.
From booking to eating the food the whole experience was faultless. The company were excellent to deal with. There communication throughout was brilliant. On the day they arrived, set up and served the guests exactly what they wanted. There was plenty of choice and I received so much positive feedback that I will be booking them again for next year. I would recommend this company.

Hi Harvey,
We are so sorry to hear that your face painter didn't arrive. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been for your event.
We have looked into your booking and can confirm that a full refund has now been processed for you. We are also actively investigating this no-show with the supplier to find out exactly what happened and ensure it doesn't happen again.
If you have any further questions or haven't received your refund confirmation email, please reach out to us at hello@poptop.co.uk.
Our sincere apologies again for the letdown.
