We had Damien sing with his guitar at our party! Great communication with him and was happy to take requests and learn a song for our special guest too! Really nice guy and everyone loved him, a great time was had by all! Thank you ☺️

What an amazing experience! Food and service was above and beyond. Chef was so polite and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

The whole setup is brilliant as you can listen to the artists and put in your dates and it lets you clearly know if they are available, and the price it will cost.
Jonny Vines was great, full of energy and everyone really enjoyed his set. Highly recommend Jonny.

Found a great DJ band for our party. Messaging the band was very easy. I was also able to speak to a customer adviser at Poptop Events too when I needed it.

Huge help getting me quotes and in contact with vendors for a 40th surprise bbq. We ended up using a cocktail bartender through poptop events and she was amazing!

Mickey was absolutely brilliant, professional from start to finish with a lovely voice that entertained our guests. I would give Mickey 5*!
4* for PopTop as I found the platform frustrating to use. It took a total of 4 times to actually secure a singer for my event with the first 3 cancelling their bookings!

Sabine - the Aerial Acrobat was amazing. She attended our village fete and despite the heat gave a fabulous performance and entertained the kids with a Circus Workshop when she was not performing. Very professional and would highly recommend.

We hired a chef, assistant to serve the BBQ and another assistant to serve drink at a posh venue

A standin chef turned up and the two assistants did not turn up

We were left with half burned BBQ and no body to serve

I was so excited to hire the Peaky Blinders bar as a surprise for my husbands 50th.
We normally host with our own bar in the garden but I didn't want hubby running around as it was his day.
I asked for the updated plan which was discussed the week before this was not sent. I requested glasses on a telephone call but was not added to the invoice / plan which if it had been sent through the week before I would have have been able to rectify.
The team who arrived were embarrassed but turned up with warm beers had to go and get ice this should have been in cool boxes with ice prior. I have never been so upset my guests drinking warm beer.
No ice for drinks
No Peroni or pink Prosecco which was specifically requested.
The bar list which was sent was not what the bar brought lots were missing.
No lime for corona I had to supply strawberries limes and lemons.
The Peaky blinders cocktail list was not what was advertised just a generic one we were hosting a Peaky Blinders themed party.
When we raised the issues the owner said he had lots of other events and one with 300 people felt like our party wasn't important to him the agent and bar owner blaming each other.
We will never hire again or recommend
Re Response after my review was published they said glasses should be requested!
The glasses were requested on the telephone but not added as requested to the invoice which was never updated or sent through as requested
I asked for lots of Peroni and pink Prosecco
They said they went to buy some more drinks yes the bat tender went to buy 2 boxes of Peroni and 2 bottles of pink Prosecco which was warm! My husband alone can drink a box of Peroni on a party night on his own and I can drink a bottle of Prosecco on my own let alone having over 50 guests! Response is a joke!
No ownership my booking fee should be refund not just offered money if next booking.

Fantastic communication all the way through, very professional and great service.

Very easy to use, lots of choice, fantastic chefs, Joanna & Adam from Garden Party were amazing, completely recommend.
