Communication was good from the start. They explained the extra shipping cost to New Zealand clearly and kept me updated with the order.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience with this company. I placed an order in September 2025 and specifically requested that the item not be shipped with a hazard sticker on the package, as I was aware that this would lead to its being returned by USPS. Unfortunately, the item was shipped with the hazard sticker, and it was indeed returned.

After this initial issue, I reached out to customer support to reiterate my request regarding the hazard sticker to ensure successful delivery. Regrettably, the item was shipped again with the hazard sticker, resulting in another return. I provided the company with the USPS refusal notice, yet their response contained tracking information indicating that the package was returned to me rather than addressing the circumstances of the return.

As of today, I have not received a refund or the product. I have been in communication with their customer support for six months, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding the situation or acknowledgment of the previous issues with the hazard sticker. This ongoing matter has resulted in a financial loss exceeding three hundred dollars, with the company retaining both the payment and the item, while failing to provide a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Absolutely stunning in terms of authenticity - this item is one of a kind. It's so realistic that I'm urging friends to buy one too. Excellent build quality coupled with a great value for the price; this is a five-star quality gem. Ditch the inferior ones; this is all you need.

This product is very durable and feels realistic. It has two entry points to accommodate your personal need. The material is heavy duty and was bigger than I thought it would be which gives better gripping.

It was fun, but it's just so small. It didn't have any smell to it, which I was wary about when I ordered it. It's nice and soft and smooth. Usually silicone is a little greasy, but not this. The model I got didn't come with any electronics. Also, no clothes like they picture. I can't even imagine what size I could get.

This toy is pretty heavy duty, he's solid, he's weight is a good size for moving him around, heavy enough to stay where you want him and light enough to easily move him to the closet. The material is soft and somewhat firm so he's not flopping around. Clean up is easy, he can go right in the shower. He's got a good sized appendage so he'll definitely fulfill you when you're looking to be filled.

This is not some lackluster three sentence useless review guys. Please accept this detailed description of my experience with Poptorso. I am sorry it took me like 6 months to post this review but I ordered A LOT of toys back in Dec. 2023.

Tl;dr
All in all: As I am about to say, POPTORSO.com is legit and their branded items (at least the full prize ones) can be expected to go that extra mile when it comes to unexpected features.

The good: Poptorso has a lot of very good products. Some of the brands will NEVER disappoint you. Especially if you like meatier dolls with areolas that rival that of a real woman.

Poptorso came trough with MUCH more than was promised. The doll was brand spanking new in their inventory. It had that christmasy flair in their presentational photos. The winter sale was still going strong and I pulled the plug, twice!

I ordered the biggest Climax torso at the time which later in 2024 was added with a cute freckled silicone redhead and white skin version (I am broke but I be eyeing this one as well). Nonetheless the standard tan skinned version came with a neck joint. Fan-fugn-tastic!

The christmas style torso with arms, SHRUGGING shoulders and ARTICULATED hands was all around smaller, lighter but more expensive. It came with a really convenient ball detent on the silicone head joint with the Climax logo laser engraved on the headplate. Talk about attention to detail!
And the MOUTH of that head is ultrarealistic with it's tongue, teeth, movable jaw (or at least it feels like it). This was not in the item description if I recall correctly but who cares.

Both torsos guarantee fun (if you are not a beginner and you can handle a little weight) and Poptorso did their part and then some.

The bad: I kinda overreacted and opened a dispute with Paypal because I got impatient and I had a very bad experience with another very expensive order in a different store at the time.
Poptorso reassured me and when I saw that the delivery finally hit our shores I calmed the balls down, pulled the dispute and waited.

The ugly: I don't want to rag on Poptorso since their sales are alright, their "new in stock" is good, it is nice to see a torso doll shop with such an inventory and also putting that much effort into selecting their brand items. However: Once I finalized the orders I checked back in other stores and found prizes after new years that even undercut Poptorsos sale prizes. Even after taxes. Don't know if these other stores stocked the same variants of said dolls but since they were newly released on the market I can't be mad with anybody.

Before purchasing, I read a lot of reviews and browsed Poptorso’s community. I decided to try it out using a small torso doll, Yeloly Page. Do I love her petite body and her cute pink nipples and labia? They were so tempting that I couldn't help but start sex with her! The body size is just right and the hole feels great. For those who are new to torso dolls, this doll is friendly and highly recommended.
