We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we want to clarify that the service was carried out as per your request. The fee of 12 Euros was clearly stated before the service was performed, and the process was completed successfully on our end.

Regarding the account issue you mentioned, it seems to be related to the ATM or the card provider, as our role was limited to activating the card, which was done as requested. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for services that were fully delivered.
