After being insured through Farmers over the past 36 years, I, finally, decided to end my relationship with them after I was struck from behind by an uninsured motorist last year. In the end, I had to pay out almost $4000 to the repair facility because they wouldn’t approve genuine Porsche parts or the hourly rate. Ridiculous!

I should have moved over to Porsche Insurance years ago! Thus far…it’s been 6 months…I’ve had nothing but a stellar experience with Porsche. Kimberly, in particular, has been my go-to person. She is always kind, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile.

I am looking forward to a long and mutual relationship with Porsche Auto Insurance going forward.

Had the best experience with upgrading my policy adding a 2nd vehicle. Kimberly advised me to join Porsche Club of America to get a bigger discount in which I did and thats what i call customer service! I will drop her information below. 5 star service!

I've been with Porsche Auto Insurance since 2022 and I am so happy I found this insurance company.

I recently went through a collision repair claim with Porsche Auto Insurance, and the experience was excellent.

From the beginning, Scott, the claims handler assigned to my claim, was professional and decisive. After our initial discussion, he largely took ownership of the process and managed his side of the claim without requiring ongoing involvement from me. Rather than needing frequent check-ins, the claim simply moved forward as it should — approvals were handled appropriately, and decisions were made in a timely manner.

What impressed me most was how smoothly everything came together at the end. As the repair was being completed, Scott ensured payment was processed and confirmed with the collision center before I arrived. The coordination was seamless — I was in and out in under two minutes. That level of preparation made the entire experience feel efficient and well-managed.

Insurance claims are rarely convenient, but Porsche Auto Insurance made this one straightforward and stress-free. Scott’s steady oversight and the company’s execution turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth process. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Alainah was great with making sure I got the necessary coverage for my Porsche 911. Was able to dispute a report that was inaccurate so my rates could be accurately accessed.

Wouldn’t accept new policy even when I have existing policy with another Porsche through them. Had to cancel completely to bundle elsewhere. Customer service has gone downhill & no timeline on when they will accept policies again. Even with perfect record, no accidents or tickets. They push you away now.

Today I purchased a vehicle and referred by the Porsche sales person to get a drive away 5 days free insurance. First time in my life" insurewithporsche" declined the 5 days drive away. It's a joke. For honesty and be genuine people, this is the punishment we get in this current century. This will be my last vehicle with PORSCHE.

I am so happy that I switched my car insurance from State Farm to Porsche auto insurance , I’ve never ever had a insurance company like Porsche to go above and beyond to help with my claim , Scott Johnson who handled it all for me is a super star when it comes to getting things done.

Customer service was above and beyond what I’m used to at the big box insurance companies. My only claim was a large crack in my windshield and the process was seamless and professional. I was able to take it to my local Porsche dealership to get the repairs done with OEM parts. I hope I don’t have to use them again but I feel good knowing that I’ve got a great insurance team backing me up.

I have used Porsche Auto Insurance for about 1.5 years now. They have been awesome to work with. I can always reach someone on the phone and their follow-up has been amazing. Their rates are very competitive as well. They guarantee you will be Porsche OEM parts if you need something fixed or repaired. If you own a Porsche and you aren't using them for your auto insurance, you are missing out.

I called today with a technical question about my coverage. Within a minute I had the correct person on the phone. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my question and promised to research and verify his answer. I received an answer via email in a short time. While I have not had a claim and cannot speak to that part of the relationship I can say that for me, the "product" is EXACTLY what I needed for my 3 Porsches. The online quote was accurate. The insurance was easy to purchase and the coverage was perfect. Start to finish the process was professional and polished. This is what I would expect with the Porsche name attached.
