I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment our order was collected to the final delivery, everything went perfectly. The updates were fantastic – we were kept informed every step of the way, so there was never any wondering where the delivery was or what was happening next.

Wonderful service from collection to delivery. I was given all the information needed and had messages from the courier Lio from the start. My item was packed well to protect it during transit. Can highly recommend Lio and Porta will definitely use the service again

You did reach out via live chat at the time and we offered a partial refund for the missed pre 5pm slot. You let us know that after speaking to the courier directly you understood what had happened, so you left it there. We genuinely enjoyed working with you, but we can't agree with the claim made here. Your own customer confirmed that the issues were not caused in transit and were instead down to the product itself needing to be painted properly.
Photos taken at collection also showed several marks present before transport. Despite that, the item was collected and returned to you free of charge as a goodwill gesture, which we believe was a fair resolution in the circumstances.
We take damage claims seriously and investigate every one on the evidence available. We wish you all the best.
