Excellent experience with Porta and I never normally leave reviews! So easily to book, extremely reasonably priced and Jordan who delievered was possibly the nicest man ever. Have used Porta twice now and both times it's been great.

I recently had a delivery from England to Scotland by the JJ logistics team through Porta app
I never usually write reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the company and their professional and reliable service I decided to review
Not only did they deliver an entire kitchen on the market and kept me informed every step of the way they also collected and delivered within 24 hours which is outstanding. I had actually received the kitchen before the day. I even requested it by.. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future, by far the best delivery or courier service I have ever used.
The team including Rajit and Amarinder we are so kind and helpful and very professional. Outstanding customer service and was the most cost effective company too. FIVE STARS ⭐️

As usually the driver was in time and picked up and delivered the parcel the same day. And the communication with the driver was excellent before the collection and during the delivery. 100 percent will use this company again.

This was my first time booking Porta and I went ahead due to the reviews. I needed my 55" TV transported from my parents home to my new apartment 10-15 mins away, so not so much of a difficult task. My frustration with my experience was first, the 3 men that entered my parents home, walked straight through with wet trainers as it was raining outside. I had to stop them before they went upstairs. This is a home, not a commercial site. One suggested foot coverings, which was fine with me. I made it clear that once they take the TV to my new apartment, they will again need to wear new foot coverings as I don't allow shoes in my home and it's raining. They proceeded with the job, unscrewed parts of the TV to get it in the box for transport and packed it in the van. Upon arriving at my new apartment, one of the men wore the same foot coverings that he had on in my parents home, he had clearly not changed them as they were wet where he had walked outside, making the floors in my new apartment wet. These were simple requests, that with the amount I paid should have been respected. They then took the TV out the box, laid it on the floor and told me job done. I asked them to if they can put it on the TV unit, shocked by the fact they thought leaving a 55" TV face down on the floor was acceptable. I reminded them they collected it off a TV unit at my parents house, so it would make sense they put it on a TV unit at the destination address. They refused and said Porta did not pay them to do that? What? It completed disappointed me. They didn't find the TV face down on the floor, what is Porta paying them for exactly? They didn't put the screws back in that they unscrewed, I now had to do that? This wasn't made clear at the time. It made no sense to me as a customer using this service. I asked them to leave and thanked them out of politeness but I personally wouldn't recommend this service. I paid around £180 for a job I could have done with my brother since they did nothing upon delivering the TV and dirtying my new floors which I had to steam mop after. Porta, please make it clear on your website what the job entails and what it doesn't. I won't be using this company again.
