Lack of Support
I am a returning customer. I recently purchased the Session Blueprint Series. I cannot access the toolkit. It told me to purchase or login. When I tried to login, it sends me to the account page; I tried to access it again but it creates a login loop. I have contacted them for support but no-one reply back. I have patiently waited for more than 14 days and they still have not replied by or fix the issue. I checked my email daily and even check the spam folder.

Would appreciate more information on product
There was very little description information about the cards themselves in the online shop (like a sample card and how many were in a pack). I think I have learned that "5 microtools" in each pack means 5 cards in total and not 5 approaches in that topic with multiple cards supporting each topic. I purchased 2 packs for my therapist daughter as a Christmas gift, so they have not yet been opened to see how useful they actually are. Also I had been emailed a 'credit' to my account at the beginning of November but by the time I was ready to purchase, a couple of weeks later, the discount code no longer worked (there was not a specific expiration date). I did end up making the purchase with a different offer.

Highly recommended resources to be included in every coach toolkit. However, the support team is too slow & must improve their services while selling a high-ticket product to get a 5-star review.

An extensive choice of exercises in the resources
I have used both the ACT and Self-compassion science-based resources for my counselling work. In both sets of resources, there is a wide variety of exercises to use for in-session and between session work. It's very well produced, citing research and effectiveness for different client issues.

Prefer NLP languaging in products
I very much like the samples of the product to try out. However, when I purchased the bundle, e.g., Meditation, it wasn't very pleasant. I would like more hypnotic language, NLP-type products.
