Absolute scam
I ordered two cards, only one was delivered so I used their contact form
They didnt reply to me for days, by then I had thrown the box away (obviously because like a normal person I throw rubbish away)
They are now refusing to give me a partial refund or to send out the second card I HAVE PAID FOR because I didnt take a picture of the box??

Bought their singing Meowy Christmas card, having bought a similar card from a different company a couple of years ago. Ripping off the original design is one thing, but I never imagined the quality could be so godawful.
Sound is tinny and crap, and the battery life is pathetic given the whole point of the card is that it's supposed to play "forever".

I thought I was being clever by purchasing an equivalent product from inside the UK rather than overseas, but absolutely never again.

I'm embarrassed to give these to anyone.

Be very careful when using this company, I ordered a card for which they took payment then they immediately cancelled the order saying the card was out of stock, still no refund 2 weeks later and no reply. Avoid...update never did receive the refund, the company is no more however the owners clearly decided to leave the website active to defraud people. I have lodged a complaint with trading standards and would urge everyone to do the same.

This company is a scam. They dissolved in 2022. I ordered and a day later they said the card wasn’t in stock and they would refund. Never heard from them again and they ghosted every message I sent. The fella with the 5 star review is clearly one of their own. Don’t buy from this site it’s a full scam……

Really shocking company. Quality of card was terrible. The personalised message was actually a bit of paper stapled in. The glitter was also leaking out.

They sent a replacement card a week after the birthday with mostly the same issues and a message still stapled in. Had to get a refund through PayPal as they kept messing me about. Wish I had saw how bad reviews were before dealing with this shocking company.

Do not order from this website. It has been dissolved since 2022, they are scammers.

They screwed me out of $30 - I paid for expedited shipping - they pull tracking numbers and make it look legit but there's no entry scan (meaning the post man never picks it up, BECAUSE ITS A SCAM)

Absolute con. Ordered as a birthday joke. Asked for a delivery update, was told they’d get back to me and never did. Nothing ever arrived.

Terrible quality, paying extra for a personalised message for them to print it on low quality paper and sellotape it inside the card wonky is disgusting. Seemed like a fun idea, don't bother with the personalised message just do it yourself.

Avoid and Avoid again. Did a Chargeback on the card as they are unable to communicate. Probably was a great idea but someone got bored.

No product delivered and no replies to emails. Took my money and provided nothing.

This might be long but it is a step-by-step of what happened to me, feel free to read it or not but please do not use this company!
I ordered one of the "glitter bomb" products from this company on the 25th of June 2024 and nothing ever arrived.
I received a confirmation e-mail immediately on the 25th detailing my order number, billing address as well as the desired shipping address.
I received two e-mails on the 26th of June, the first detailing that my order had been shipped and the second referencing the Royal Mail as the courier along with a tracking number. However, when I entered this tracking number into the Royal Mail's website, it said that "Tracking information is not available for this service".
I said that I would leave it to lie for a few days before I would check again, as I figured that it might take a few days before the item ships and maybe then the tracking number would activate. The number was never activated.
Then a few weeks later I received an e-mail on the 17th of July claiming to be from the "Head Prankster of PostalPranks.co.uk" asking "How did we do?"
I responded to this e-mail detailing my order number and dates of my purchase along with the Royal Mail tracking number that I was given. I asked if the tracking number was correct and explained that the tracking number did not work and I never heard anything back from them again.
I let another couple of weeks go by and finally today August 27th, 2024, I finally got around to calling the number listed in the "Get In Touch" section of their website. It immediately rang out and an automated message said "We're sorry the number dialed is not available, please recheck and dial again".
Granted my order only cost £19 however, if an order of this size is constantly being requested that will add up to a sizeable profit for whoever is behind this website!

If I could give then 0 stars then I would! This company is horrendous and do not buy from them! The card I ordered arrived faulty. The customer service is terrible with only one response received of false promises. They just do not care and are not interested in anything you have to say. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

Ordered on 29th July with express delivery. Here I am on 21st August with no update and no card. When i track my order, it says its still 'processing'. I have emailed postalpranks twice, no response. Their phonenumber is not real. Their online form doesn't really send when you hit submit - but instead just updates the captcha word. And the chat function on their website shows no one available all day. In the end, I had to go via PayPal to get my refund - and thank god I bought via them or else I'd never get my money back. AVOID like the plague. Simply terrible. I don't often write reviews... but for this, I had to get the warning out.

Avoid like the plage. Never received my card and had no response from emails. I tried to call the number which is incorrect. I've just received an email 29 days after my original order saying my order has been posted. It's ridiculous I asked for a refund 3 weeks ago.

Just received said card 1 month after order and the printed message is a piece of paper taped inside. Worst service ever received. Still no response from company.

Card never arrived and company not responding.

Never received the card.

*Update* Apparently was sent today, 21st August when it was ordered on the 24th July...

It did arrive. Over a month after purchase.
