The material has zero stretch and while it fits me, it feels like when I move my arms it’s going to rip. Would not recommend for anyone that wants to be comfortable
Buttons Failed and Nearly Exposed Me
I ordered the Floral Janice Jumpsuit in Pickle from Poster Girl and initially I was really excited about it. The item itself is beautiful, fit perfectly, and arrived well packaged. I tried it on once when it arrived and everything seemed great.
However, on the night of my event, after I had fully gotten ready and was about to leave the house, the small buttons on the mesh breast panel started popping off one by one as I was putting the jumpsuit on. For reference, I’m a not a large breast cup, so this was not due to excessive strain on the garment.
I ended up having to sit and sew the buttons back on myself less than half an hour before my event started, and even reinforced the remaining buttons because I was genuinely worried they would continue popping off during the night.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The jumpsuit fastens at the top with shoulder straps that clip above the chest using the exact same type of buttons. While I was at the event, one of those buttons popped open unexpectedly and nearly exposed my breasts in public. I ended up sitting in a club bathroom trying to sew the garment back together mid-event.
For a jumpsuit costing well over £100, the quality control on the button stitching is honestly unacceptable. It’s such a shame because the design itself is gorgeous, but the construction completely let it down. Beyond being frustrating, it also felt genuinely unsafe to wear out because the fastenings were so unreliable.
If you order from this brand, I would strongly recommend reinforcing EVERY button before wearing the item anywhere.

I’ve bought 3 dresses and have zero complaints. The quality is great and shipping is very quick.
Dodgy pricing strategy
Clothes are cute but materials are cheap and synthetic. Buyer beware: if you like something, wait a week or two, they’ll probably reduce the price by 75%. I ordered a piece from them for $125 ($198 with tariffs+shipping), two days after I receive my item, it’s on-sale for $25. I asked Poster Girl if they’d give me a credit for the difference in good faith but they declined and didn’t even bother to reply. I’ll definitely never use Poster Girl again due to their customer service and less-than fabrics. Seems scammy when everything on the site is originally priced $400+ but the markdown shows $100~.

Poster girl lacks transparency
Poster girl should really calculate what the import fees when shipping is calculated. Paying $35 for shipping then $45 for import fees feels like a slap in the face. If you’re going to pass that fee onto the customer be transparent. First and last time shopping with poster girl. I have a friend who makes similar clothing and she’s local.

Nice leggings shipping was fast. However got surprised with additional $51.99 for shipping after I ordered the product. If I had not paid it the fees would have went up more

Received the wrong item
Ordered next day delivery on a sale item. Unfortunately they sent out the complete wrong dress. A bit worried now after reading about their response time as to whether I’ll receive it by this weekend as needed.

Terrible customer service
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with Poster Girl’s customer service regarding a recent order.
I am heavily pregnant and intentionally ordered an outfit several sizes larger to accommodate my pregnancy. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive on time, meaning I was unable to wear it as intended. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was informed that the item could not be returned because it was purchased on sale.
I explained my situation clearly: I am due to give birth in a matter of days and will never be this size again. Despite this, your customer service representative, Parrisa, refused to offer any form of flexibility or goodwill. This was extremely upsetting, particularly given the circumstances.
I have been a loyal Poster Girl customer for over six years and have spent thousands of pounds with your brand during that time. To be treated with such rigidity and lack of empathy on this one occasion has left me stressed, disappointed, and out of pocket.
I work for a well-known global company where customer care is taken seriously, and we consistently go above and beyond for loyal customers—especially in exceptional circumstances. Sadly, this was not reflected in my experience with Poster Girl.
I strongly suggest reviewing your customer service policies, investing in staff training, and considering leadership within your customer support and Trustpilot management. A loyal customer should not feel dismissed or undervalued, particularly during such a significant and vulnerable time.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the customer experience moving forward.

I was disappointed at how much Poster Girl charged for shipping. Also, I thought the $50 shipping would cover it but I was notified by UPS that I needed to pay an additional $30 that I guess Poster Girl decided to pass through. That experience ruined the purchase.
Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend
This was my first time ordering from Poster Girl, and unfortunately it will be my last. I purchased a latex set, which naturally fits smaller and tighter due to the material, so I requested an exchange. When they received the item, they claimed it was “dirty,” even though I only tried it on briefly. The accusation felt completely false and unprecedented.
What made the situation worse is that they require you to pay to have the item returned to you, even when the issue is questionable. Their exchange system is unfriendly, unaccommodating, and doesn’t give new customers any sense of reassurance or fairness. Overall, the ethics and practices of this company seem sketchy, and the customer experience is extremely disappointing.
I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company.
