Pathetic drivers that steal

I ordered food for my son.my son waited outside for the food.the driver never came but marked my order as delivered.check the cameras and no o e ever came to the door.fought with postmates about the issue.called the restaurant and the food was never returned.the driver name Rick would not answer the phone

Postmates don’t always refund you your money!

So I ordered from chic fil la in the 19th of July !
It was xtra meals in my bag that I did not mean to order ! IMMEDIATELY cancels my order!
My money wasn’t re
Turned!
So I called them and they told me it takes a couple days for a refund !
Super pissed but what can I do but wait !
HERe it is JULY 25! Still no return!
Just called them ( all they do is try and fast talk you!!!) so at the end of the convo what I got out of was I wasn’t getting my money back !
So I accepted that ! I ask the male employee who I was speaking to if he can tell me over the phone how to deactivate my account!

EMPLOYEE says: he’ll have to have a suppervisor call me back and ain’t none availble!
right now !

I then went on to ask him to just point me in the direction on the app to erase my phone number and card (now I’m finally getting pissed because how are you guys making this situation better) HE SAID I NEED a SUPERVISOR for that smh

I then went to ask him for his name so when the supervisor call me I can tell them who I previously talk too and what they stated
THEIR EMPLOYEE HUNG THE PHONE ON ME!

KEEP in mind this not the first time word money missing etc stuff going on with this APP…

IAM A SINGLE MOTHER OF TWO ALSO S TYPE ONE DIABETIC THAT NIGHT THEY TOOK FOOD AND MONEY FROM ME AND MY KIDS and THAT WAS TOTTallY UNACCEPTABLE DISTASTEFUL AND UNPROFFESIoNal!

Very mad

Whenever you order food to be delivered to your house, do not go to Postmates almost every driver we have use have stolen food from the bag or not bring the order to our house at all, and you can never reach anybody on their phones. Do not go through Postmates . 😡😡😡😡

Straight up scammers

Straight up scammers. Go to grubhub. I placed an order with a wait time of 45 min. Right after I placed the order, I got a notification of a delay. It went to 1 hour 40 minutes for a place 5 minutes away. I immediately called to cancel because I wouldn't be there any more, I told them immediately. They told me I would have to pay $40 to cancel the order. Then some "manager" called me, just kept repeating themselves and was a complete waste of time. He offered me a credit of less than half for my troubles. Could care less about this credit, these billion dollar scammers won't get a dollar from me. Extremely predatory and seems like an illegal practice. Will find out from my lawyer

WORST FOOD DELIVERY APP BY FAR!

First off the only reason it has 1 star is because I can’t put 0 stars. I went to order qdoba everything looked good on my order and the address so I clicked looks good. Went to look at the updated order and it was going to a different address I had on file. So there was an issue on their end where it changed my address after clicking looks good. I still got charged for the order and never received my food because of that. I opened the live chat and they copy and pasted their answers to me about the issue and ended the chat on me twice. By far the worst experience I have ever had on a food delivery app. Use Doordash or Grubhub instead if you are able to. I feel scammed by Postmates. Like I said before 1 star because I can’t put a 0 star review!

Rude

Demanded my PIN number with an attitude and aggression after handing my food. Did not greet or smile. Then departed with a sarcastic tone. Don’t approach my door with bad vibes. Why is your driver all over my door step like that? What kind of trashy service is this. Unbelievable.

I must be gluten for punishment

I must be gluten for punishment. Every time they screw up. This time I placed a order and they gave me the wrong order and the driver wouldn’t speak to me when I called. Kept hanging up on me. Why do I have to wait to get a refund when they screwed up

atrocious customer service.

Postmates is without exception the absolute worse food delivery service out there. I have used them all.

The problem with postmates is they are unethical and have no problem lying to customers.

I ordered 60.00 worth of food and immeidately got a response the order was cancelled by the "merchant" who was unable to fill the order.

I called the merchant and they stated not only did they not cancel the order but they are unable to cancel orders. the manager even gave me his personal cell phone and asked if there was anything he could do to "make it right".

When I called postmates to ask them why they were blaming the merchant when it was likely they had no drivers I was given the runaround by every chat agent.

When I attempted to call I was hung up on 6 times as they continued to talk in circles.

This is an unethical company that doesn't value their customers and has no problems lying to customers.

What a bad delivery company

What a bad delivery company, placed an order that I thought was from a local business but on the Post Mates couldn't see the distance and it turned out to be 11 miles away on the other side of Los Angels. Took over an hour and the driver had to have lost money because of the distance. This is not a technology company that delivery should never have been offer, no one was happy. This is just a bad company.

Do not use this service ever

Do not use this service ever! I placed and order using postmates and it said no delivery fee. Well, they decided to add 20% cost to my order and bundled it with “taxes and fees”. I’d rather see all my fees in advance instead of being surprised and cheated after I submit. Never again.

Scammers

After ordering 4 items from a grocery store my total was 16 bucks plus tip it came out to 22.00 The first driver said there was an item out of stock I agreed to their replacement and then waited an hour after the driver left the store. My order was picked up by another driver I now had 3 items he gave me my receipt and I woke up to an adjusted charge of 35.00

Very poor service

Very poor service. They charged $70 for an order that should have been charged $35. The extra charges were for service charges and fees that they do not tell you about up front.

Rotten Customer Service

I ordered over $ 100 in food….they made a mistake because they had an item on their menu that wasn’t supposed to be there. So, I was sent something incorrect along with a note to ask Uber for a refund for that additional item. They wouldn’t refund. Will not use again. Scammy and rotten customer service.
