We got the Post Office Travel Money Card for a cruise last year and we’re using it again for our holidays this year because it’s been so reliable. Take over at our Post Office. Got a hard act to follow previous staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The new people running same are not as friendly to customers and in small community as this communication is key.

Got scammed by a taxi in Poland all my money was advised that I would get all money back n not to worry a week later gets an email no refund cause I tapped the card you may aswell take your bank card instead of these waste of space at least with your bank they would get the refund sorted for you I thought post office holiday card was to protect you’re money wen really they do nothing of the sort I’m so disgusted with them

Fantastic for my teenage lad in France on a school trip. Easy, and safe from pickpockets in Paris in a zipped trousers pocket. The PIN code also protects the money if it is stolen, so he's safe and sound. It has helped to make his first big trip feel reassured.
