Always a good product, however I mentioned before even placing my order that excluding the usual mixed packs in the new system would make things harder for me as a customer, and they did. On top of that the new system continually crashed whilst having to manually pick colours.

We purchased cups as gifts for our clients and key partners - everyone has been so delighted! I can't remember any corporate gift creating so much joy. The order was sent in record time, even though it was undoubtedly a busy time of year. The quality of the cups is outstanding (I chose 10 different variations) and they all arrived perfectly. My only suggestion is offering a box at purchase to make it easier for wrapping (happy to pay). We chose not to brand ours so that someone could regift if they weren't into drinking hot drinks - seems like a winner!
