poor customer service, poor communication

I placed an order for a replacement mower blade. The order was confirmed but then....nothing. after 10 days I contacted the chat function only to be told it was out of stock. no updates, no information forthcoming to at least tell me when it might arrive. I cancelled the order and got the item in 2 days from a competitor and more cheaply.

Excellent Care from the Spares Team

I recently needed a replacement part for my Hyundai Scarifier. When I got in touch with Power Spares I was ably assisted by members of the Spares Department. I simply wanted to thank them for the help that they gave me, for their knowledge and for their patience! Having tracked down the two replacement parts one of the Spares Team told that he would send them to me straight away. The two parts arrived the next day! I fitted them with very little difficulty. Hyundai HYM3800e rear roller

Needed a rear roller for my Hyundai lawn mower. Power spares are the only site that listed the item. Initially was out of stock but I kept checking back every couple of weeks not expecting it to be in stock but eventually it was. Ordered the part and received it in a couple of days. Very pleased.

Dreadful service

Ordered a service kit for my Hymt5200x. 2-5 day delivery time, after 6 days contacted them. Eventually replied stating there was a delay in get products, this however had been sorted and would be posted out. 5 days passed still nothing! Contacted again, told they need to get in touch with service department. Two days later reply stating that this department was going to be send to dispatch department soon.
Totally unacceptable customer service! No communication to me with regard to delays. When contacting them, not once was there any apology, only excuse that don't seem plausible. Will not be using or recommending Powerspares to any of my clients.....
Awful experience and dreadful service throughout! Avoid and find alternatives

Excellent service and value

Excellent. I found the part fairly easily on the website, ordered it and it arrived the next day for £1.99 postage. (I'm used to parts being expensive but this (a replacement handle and starter casing for a Hyundai lawnmower) only cost £12.99

It just gets worse.

Update on my previous review.

I was told the mower was fixed and they asked me to confirm my address. I did but I asked them why it had all taken so long? They didn't respond. No apologies or anything. Received a notification from TNT saying it would be delivered 4th June between 8.00 and 18.00. No choice of date and not even a.m or p.m. so I had to take a full days holiday at short notice. I waited in all day, and another no show from TNT. The 3rd time this has happened now. Again no updates, no explanation, nothing. Contacted Power Spares yesterday evening. They now say it coming today, but I'm at work ! And they won't give me a time. If I could give no stars, I would

Sent me a totally different grass bag…

Sent me a totally different grass bag and frame then tried to blame it on me i gave them the make and model and serial numbers ect and they sent me a grass bag that was far to small left a big gap at top of grass shoot on the mower when i contacted them they said o yours is a early model and thats not available anymore. So i ask for refund and i had to jump through hoops to try get a refund. Still no refund now i have a grass bag thats useless. And still no grass bag for my mower hyundai Hym400p-2 fast enough to take your money but wont refund you unless your willing to mess around all day dropping your parcel of and printing labels. I dont have a printer 😡

Poor customer service

A critical bolt failed on my Hyundai Lawn mower rendering the rear wheel drive useless. The part although visible on the company's online catalogue could not be located either by me or the company when I called their parts department. Despite numerous calls and promises made they would "look into it" nothing further was heard. Fortunately I located a more helpful company. Don't be taken in by their "experience!

Avoid!

Bought a power washer less than a year ago and had a faulty valve. Have been waiting over 1 month for a part. Poor customer service with limited communication. Avoid!

Spare Parts purchased do not fit & Excellent Follow up

EDIT* Below is original review and i can safely say that Rukshal from Complaints department contacted me to help resolve the issues in a speedy manor with regular follow up and tracking my order. They sent me out FOC the correct parts for me to then replace my customers parts. I am now a happier customer.

Initial Review:
I purchases some JCB Carbon brushes for my customer and when they received the brushes they did not fit the machine they state on their website, despite an Online Chat transcript i have as evidence i have, where i got confirmation in BLACK AND WHITE saying they will fit "no Problem". When i questioned this issue via a phone call and email on the 12th Feb and 14th Feb, i was told they would get back to me, 2 days later i followed up and still no response to why they do not fit the model they state on their website. Its now 21st feb i still have no response from anybody and this is a so called JCB distributor in the UK.
