Email came when they said it would. A window of 4 hours given and then the added bonus of a phone call on the day of to let me know that they would be with me within 50 mins. And they were. And the Machine was brought in and I can only ly imagine how difficult some houses can be, but John negotiated a narrow hallway with skill and good nature. And then took the old machine away, as agreed.

Very professional and friendly deliver person. We had old machine ready at front of drive, saved €60 (some cardboard boxes helped us move american style fridge freezer using leverage. Thr guy arrived before 13, which was good timing and took old machine without issue. Did not expect to be left with all of the packaging. Can imagine if someone was elderly or had physically impaired that it would be difficult for them.
Now to wait 4 hours for the new machine to be ready to plug in.

I bought a replacement dishwasher and oven from Power City (which by the way qualified for a good bundle deal on the already good prices). The installer arrived promptly (after phoning me in advance to confirm) and was very efficient in removing the old appliances and installing the new ones. This time, he didn't run into any problems, but his attitude was very helpful and "can-do".

Powercitys customer service is fantastic. From Tina in the shop in Bray replying to my various questions via text to the Romanian delivery drivers... they were all so professional. I will always buy my electrical items from Powercity.

We recently purchased an oven from Power City, and the entire experience was first class from start to finish.

The service we received in the store was excellent, and the oven was delivered and installed within the promised two days. Brian, who handled the delivery and installation, phoned ahead to let us know when he was on his way, which we really appreciated.

Brian was competent, friendly, and extremely helpful. He installed the new oven efficiently, took away our old oven and all of the packaging, and left everything clean and tidy.

We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend Power City for both their excellent customer service and professional installation.
