The delivery was on time and the delivery guy was very helpful.

Excellent experience from start to finish and the lads who delivered, uninstalled the old washing machine and installed the new one in a few minutes. It was a tight space to get into too but was no bother to them.
Would highly recommend. And delivery was free unlike most companies I checked out.

The delivery men arrived within the agreed time and very efficiently removed the old dishwasher despite it having residual water inside! The installation of new machine was done very quickly and all packages removed

The driver was very helpful and professional.
Arrived on time and made the drop off and pick up of old appliance seamless. Very friendly and talkative.

This is the third time the same crew have delivered an appliance for us and they have been absolutely outstanding. They one the sole reason we continue to order and buy large appliances from
Powercity.

The delivery team were prompt, on time, quick and took away old appliance for recycling in a matter of minutes. Great service and helpful staff and true gentlemen. Give them a big thanks from me.

Worst customer service experience i have ever received in power city sallynoggin refusing refund on a faulty saorview box after seeing its faulty and just saying ah thats normal when image on tv is completely blurred along the bottom in store and it works even worse on my tv, wont ever be going back and will be telling everyone I know to avoid while I go to the small claims court. Rudest staff i have ever experienced too.

First arranged delivery was late and we had to reschedule to another day.

Next delivery was late again and despite requesting advance notice of the time of delivery none was given so we had to wait in all day

Installation consisted of placing the fridge on the floor and taking away the packaging. Not levelling on the floor to ensure it could be used safely going forward.

Would not paid €30 again for such a service !

Powercity have this down to a fine art. I thought replacing my washing machine was going to be a pain. Thankfully it wasn’t.

Ordered online. Delivered 2 days later, free delivery because of the model I ordered I think. Arrived 2 days later in the delivery window provided to me. Old appliance disconnected, new appliance installed, the really nice delivery guy (sorry I don’t remember his name!!) checked it worked, no leaks etc. even got a spirit level out to make sure it was seated perfectly (leg /bolt / something underneath height adjusted). Then my old appliance taken away for recycling.

Hopefully no more appliances need replacing any time soon, but when the time comes I’ll be using Powercity. Thank you!!

Disconnected old cooker (it was tight), connected new one and took away the old one and all the packaging.
Seamless, very friendly and all for €40.

Set everything up in less than 1/2 an hour. Removed all packaging and were very polite. 4 appliances set up & no hassle for me. Thank you very much.
