Seeing my dog struggle with his hip was heartbreaking. A few goes with this laser and he's back to his old self, pulling me toward the door for walks!

I received the Powercure Pro quickly - within a week. I began using it as soon as it was charged and have used it twice a day now for approximately 5 weeks. I have noticed a substantial improvement in my hip bursa and glute discomfort. I had a temporary issue with the massage head falling off and the support team responded quickly to my email with instructions on how to properly reattach. It has stayed on since. I feel this is a quality product and will continue to use it. You have to be diligent with using a laser regularly, so don't expect overnight or immediate relief.

This device has truly helped our 10 year old Golden Retriever to be able to walk better and in fact, has put a spring in her step. She has a partially torn CCL and this has reduced the inflammation. Thank you so much.

I ordered the pet version but got the human one, apparently they are the same model but the goggles are not dog goggles so it makes it harder to ensure my dog doesn’t look at the red lights. One of the lights on the led display doesn’t work so can make the time difficult to read. Actual laser works fine though I think and the fact that it is silent is a bonus

Used it after my cat's surgery. She tolerated the sessions surprisingly well and healing looked smooth. Instructions for the PowerCure could be clearer though, took me a while to figure out the settings.

Took a bit to get the hang of it, but my older shepherd is moving better. The treatment window on the device is a bit small though, feels like I'm holding it forever to cover the area.

PowerCure PRO is amazing for post-workout stiffness. Muscles feel looser and I don't dread the soreness anymore. Love having this at home.

Helps with wrist pain from typing, definitely less noticeable. It is gentle, but I wish the sessions were faster. also you have to hold the device perfectly steady or the angle shifts, which makes me wonder if it's working right.

put this on my old dog's hip. Not gonna lie, pretty impressed. After a couple weeks he's moving better on walks. big fan of the PowerCure.

My lower back kills me after work. The PowerCure PRO is my little relief ritual now. Helps me sleep better and it's super simple.

We use the PowerCure on our Labrador after long walks. He stays calm and seems genuinely relaxed afterwards. Fits right into our routine.

handy for treating my shoulder at home. definitely feel gradual improvement with the device. my only gripe is the display... gotta squint to see the settings sometimes.

My stiff neck is finally easing up. Been using PowerCure for two weeks and turning my head is way more comfortable now. Really soothing result.

Loved the sale! Easy to purchase, came quickly, loving having it on hand. I had used my chiropractors one which cost each time to use it and when I saw the sale I thought it would be a good thing to have. We like to love naturally and not use medicines or anything so I think it will be a handy thing to have on hand in our health toolkit

Directions do not state how to use the product and only state basic setup and charging. Youtube has nothing either so you dont know how to use it.
They have no US customer service and only have a foreign phone number and email messaging which I have sent two in the past 3 days that I wanted to Return it and no answer.
I am canceling my CC charge today.

I received an email from PowerCure that stated: ": “We are willing to issue you a full refund without requiring the product to be returned. If this solution works for you, we would kindly ask whether you would consider updating or removing the Trustpilot review to reflect that the issue has been resolved.”

This is a clear violation of the Federal Trade Commission 16 CFR Part 465
Which targets businesses that offer incentives—such as refunds, rebates, or free goods—in exchange for positive reviews or for editing/removing negative ones.
The Deceptive Practice for Paying for reviews is considered a deceptive marketing practice designed to manipulate consumer perception, which is illegal if the intent is to deceive. This is a Federal Crime.
Additionally, Trustpilot’s guidelines strictly prohibit offering incentives in exchange for writing, editing, or deleting reviews.
Trustpilot states: "Asking customers to remove or edit their reviews in exchange for a service (like a refund, or support request), discount or any other incentives" is strictly prohibited.
If caught, Trustpilot can place a "Consumer Warning" on the company's profile, hide their TrustScore, and remove the fake positive reviews.

I will not take any part of your illegal criminal actions.

Powercure products are made in the Optics Valley of China in Wuhan, specifically at 801, 8F, E2 Building, Future City, No. 999 High-Tech Avenue, East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, Wuhan 430206, China.

So my response is that I will be reporting you to the Federal Trade Commission and Trustpilot for such illegal acts and violations.

March 24th Update.
I filed for a refund from my credit card several weeks ago and they gave PowerCure until april 12th to respond and then they would credit me the refund. So far no response from PowerCure.

The PowerCure laser seems to be a good product: it is quiet, easy to use and feels well made. I am using it on my dog for a muscular injury and, although it is still early to assess results, first impressions are positive.

Unfortunately, the shipping experience was terrible. Delivery with CTT Express was extremely poorly managed, with delays and constant issues. Because of this, I would seriously reconsider purchasing from this company again, despite the product itself being promising.

The unit is easy to use. I wish it would have come with Small dog goggles. As far as I can tell it is working.

Good job. A little more instruction on actual use would be nice. You tube of course provided good information.
