Don't even consider a purchase from this bunch of fraudsters - SCAM, SCAM SCAM.
Initial reviews at the beginning of the year didn't seem to bad, so ordered a Panasonic microwave. All seemed ok to start with, order confirmed, tracking number issued, with an estimated delivery date within 2 weeks. Replied to my first email confirming estimated delivery, but then nothing to the numerous other emails sent.
I'm usually really careful when purchasing online, but now know how it feels to be scammed. Made me feel quite embarrassed to have been caught out.
Fortunately, after opening a case with MasterCard, I've now been reimbursed the full amount.
PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT BY THESE SCUM BAGS!!!

A SCAM Company. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid order anything form this company. You are losing your money!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.
I ordered a boiler from them on 4th January 2026 (order #5198). They seemed legitimate and responsive, gave me a delivery date of 23rd January and a tracking reference. The boiler never arrived; I phoned Citizens Advice in Hull and sent letters as they advised. Had a phone call back from one of the addresses, a different company advising that it was a scam, and I wasn't the first. I reported it to Report Fraud and my crime reference is RF26020111812C.

Purchased a boiler from this site, it informed me the item was sent but with a ridiculous lead time. We waited for the delivery which never happened, Now I'm trying to get my money back but I had the foresight to use a credit card so I will be using Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Never bother to buy from POWERFULGADGET save yourself the grief

I placed an order for a combination microwave with Powerful Gadget on 19th December 2025. After waiting several weeks, my order was cancelled by the company on 14th January 2026. I was informed that I would receive a full refund within five working days.

Unfortunately, I have still not received my refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication. Waiting nearly a month only to have the order cancelled is frustrating enough, but not receiving the promised refund within the stated timeframe is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company until this matter is resolved.

I have been a plumber for 60years. I made the silly mistake of putting an order to this company for a Worcester boiler.

Drawn in by the price, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.

Avoid at all cost, it is a complete con. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I was given a delivery date and tracking details. The tracking site is also fake. No one responded to any emails. I ended up having to raise a chargeback with my bank..If the price is too good to be true then it usually is….

I ordered and paid £821 on 29/01/2026 for a BAXI 830 Boiler but never received it. They agreed to send me refund on 05/02/2026 but I never received, I sent a few emails to chase the refund but never received any replies. There's no one answers the phone number on the website.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!! You buy from this website at your own risk. It’s happened to me and wouldn’t want anyone to go through that. I paid for a BAXI Eco boiler which was never delivered. They will initially acknowledge purchase, send a tracking code and that will be it- you’ll technically be paying for a TRACKING NUMBER/ code. It will NEVER turn up. The payment goes through a European company intermedairy. I am getting the money back through Barclaycard. NO contact EVER received from these scammers. STAY AWAY

Stay away from this company. If it’s to good to be true then it is. They take your money and the item doesn’t turn up. Now going through my bank to get my money back, as ordered a boiler and it never turned up. I was in a hurry to get one and didn’t do my research on this bunch of scammers. No phone number to get in contact. Big time scammers, so please look elsewhere for your items. Yes they may be a little more elsewhere but at least you will receive them.

I placed a order and waited for the delivery but unfortunately the estimated date has passed over 2 weeks, no communication from them even with me trying to contact them via message, call and email still nothing. Absolute scumbags

This is a scam. You will get order confirmation and then a delivery tracking number but you won't receive your goods. Luckily my bank refunded me.

This company is total fake ,I bought boiler from they with credit card ,up till tomorrow they never deliver it ,fake tracking ,nobody should buy anything from them because they are scammer

I bought a boiler and wait for atleast 1 month but i did not get the item. They use our money.
No answer, nothing response also them website is not working properly and you can not create an account on it.
Time waste.

Be warned this is a scam scam scam site take your money never hear from them again . Address turns out to be a car rental service .Currently being looked into by bank…

Ordered a boiler apparantly was supposed to receive it in 14 working days. Still waiting for over a month.
This website is a scam, no phone number no response with emails once the item has been paid for. A fake tracking number sent with a fake link. Just avoid at all costs because you will never receive the item u paid for.
