My experience was good and the staff who helped were fabulous. The laptop is very good.

After some time of using the laptop, I did run into a problem, which at first was a bit worrying because you never know how warranty support will actually go in real life. But in this case, I was genuinely impressed with how everything was handled by Powerimp. I contacted their support and the response was quick. They offered remote support, which made the whole process much easier and faster, no need to send the laptop anywhere or wait for weeks. The technician Ed connected remotely and started checking the issue step by step. Everything was explained in a simple and clear way, not too technical, so I could follow what was happening. The problem itself was diagnosed quite fast and fixed during the same session. What I liked the most is that it didn’t feel rushed or careless him actually made sure everything was working properly before finishing. The whole experience felt smooth and professional.Overall, the warranty service was handled very well. Quick response, efficient solution, and no unnecessary delays. It gave me more confidence in buying from them again, because you can see they actually support you even after the purchase.

From placing the order to receiving the product, the entire process was smooth and professional. The website was easy to use, communication was clear throughout, and delivery updates were provided regularly. The item arrived as described and met all expectations. I would have no hesitation ordering from this company again in the future.

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop and was genuinely impressed with its condition when it arrived. It was well packaged, set up easily, and everything worked perfectly from the start. After complaining that no product was forthcoming (order placed Sept 25th 2025) I finally received a message citing personal reasons for the delay and a Royal Mail delivery number which is still awaiting dispatch almost one month later! All further communication since then has been ignored, including requests for cancellation and refund. I prefer to shop with small businesses and I don't mind being patient but avoid this company not worth the hassle.

UPDATE

The first thing to be aware of is that the products on Powerimp are all REFURBS and not new. At the time of writing this is unclear from the listings and the only place it is stated on the website is in the info about the warranty, which is misleading.

After waiting nearly a month and receiving no reply for requests for cancellation and refund, I informed my cardholder and they put a stop on the payment.

The product then arrived. It arrived unsuitably packaged in a thin layer of bubble wrap and a thin envelope, no box. I wrote immedately to Powerimp saying that I had cancelled the order, did not want the product and requested a return label in or to send it back.

I received an email reply stating that since I had received the parcel and stopped the payment I was committing serious consumer fraud. Powerimp stated that failure to reinstate payment would result in legal escalations.

Powerimp stated that no return label would be provided until the chargeback was withdrawn and that the case had been referred to the fraud and compliance team of the bank.

I tried reasoning with Powerimp, explaining the timeline of events and my consumer rights, but no to avail.

I was also asked to remove my Trustpilot review on numerous occasions throughout our correspondence (which is against Trustpilots policy) as well as being threatened about defamation.

Powerimp finally offered to send a return label on condition that I removed my review. When I refused Powerimp stated that they were beginning an internal review of the matter, without sending the return label and that they would get back to me in due course. At this point I ceased correspondence with them.

The bank requested a record of the correspondence with Powerimp in order to investigate the dispute. On December 3rd 2025 they upheld in my favour and the matter closed.

This was a stressful and unpleasant experience and I would strongly urge any potential customers to avoid.

UPDATE
After receiving the refund from Bank, Powerimp submitted a Claim against me for defamation, conversion and illegal retention of goods!

From Powerimp Electronics I ordered a highend PC with RTX 3060 Ti and overall I’m really satisfied with the experience. One of the most important things for me was delivery timing, because I had a holiday planned and needed the PC to arrive before I leave. They delivered exactly on the agreed day, no delays, which I really appreciate because it saved me a lot of stress. Pc itself arrived very well packaged everything was secure inside and protected. No damage, no loose parts, just clean and safe delivery. Performance wise, the PC is powerful 3060Ti handles games very well, high settings no problem, for what I need. System overall feels quick, boots fast, runs everything without issues. You can tell it’s a proper build, not something rushed. Setup was straightforward, plugged everything in and it worked straight away. No complications. Overall, I got exactly what I wanted, strong performance, safe delivery, and reliable service. Very happy with this purchase. Thanks.

Received the MSI laptop few weeks ago, everything looks good and works as expected. Fast performance, no issues so far. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Got this DELL XPS gaming laptop for a really good price, didn’t expect much at first but it turned out better than I thought. Performance is steady for the money, runs games decent and handles everyday use without problems. Also received an extra bonus gift, which was a nice surprise and made the deal even better. Overall contented, great value for the price.

Purchased again gaming mouse and received very fast delivery and extra presents in the parcel box

Bought a laptop for my studies from Powerimp and honestly very happy with it. Price was really good compared to others I looked at and the laptop arrived exactly on the time. Everything working, I'm using it for studies everyday.

Ordered a steam deck for the daughters 18th along with a 1tb sd card.
Steam deck took a while to be shipped but when it arrived it was in excellent condition and had a carry case that I was not expecting.
Only real issue was the storage card was missing from the package.
A quick email and the stock situation was explained but I chose to receive a refund instead for the sd card, which in todays market is understandably difficult to source.
Great service and prompt communication considering its such a small business dealing with a lot of orders recently.

Zbook workstations was delivered on time, working as expected, also we received bargain deal from Powerimp Electronics Ltd. Will consider in the future to make a business with them again

Never bought a gaming laptop before and was looking for something that was powerful and convenient and the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 Gaming Laptop RTX 4060 provided just that.Great experience and highly recommended.

After a delay in the order being confirmed and a delay in delivery (both of which were outside of the vendor's control), I was offered an upgrade on my PC's components at no extra cost.

Item was delivered in great condition (although the packaging was slapdash at best), and after having it now for 2mths I can confirm it is a quality product.

I do video editing and my old PC was creaking while trying to do anything. Now, it is a breeze, and I have also started streaming on Twitch due to the PC allowing me to do so properly.

Just received ram upgrade service, which was quick and surprisingly cheap compared to local companies

Purchased a laptop, received a follow up to check everything was working well. When there was an issue later on, they came around to fix it. 5/5 stars!
