Mark the engineer came to assess and repair our Rangemaster cooker. It required a new element for the grill. I wasn't sure he would have one as the cooker is over 20 years old. But he did, and had it changed in a moment.

A little disappointed with customer service
My mother used powerpoint and so i followed. I have used this company many times. Usually have a good experience but today did not go to plan. Instead of Powerpoint accepting there was a problem I was made to feel that I had done something wrong when seeking a new cooker. I was told I should have asked for a service I was unaware existed. Had I have known I most definitely would have asked for a pre -visit. Then the electrical problem would have been discovered. I would ask the person who took my call to listen and not lecture. The only positive experience today was the gasman Sherman, who could at least connect the hobs. No ovens until I find an electrician. I do thank PowerPoint for refunding the electrical installation costs initially charged. Some lessons learned I feel. Cooker looks great. Will be good when I can use it. Will still shop at PowerPoint.
