PPC Live 19 in London

I stepped out of the usual day-to-day routine and headed to PPC Live 19 in London - and I’m really glad I did.

It’s easy to get caught up in dashboards, optimisations, and constant testing, but events like this are a great reminder of why I enjoy working in PPC in the first place: learning from people who are deep in the trenches and genuinely care about doing things better.

Big thanks to Kat Sale, Nils Rooijmans, and Dave Alexander for sharing honest insights, real examples, and practical ideas that I’ll actually be taking back into my accounts.

And a special mention to Anu Adegbola, mMBA - this day simply wouldn’t have happened without her. From start to finish, the event was incredibly well run, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Huge respect for pulling it all together so smoothly.

Left the event feeling inspired, motivated, and full of ideas - exactly what a great industry event should do.

Great event & Great Networking

I attended my first PPC Live of the year and it was honestly such a win. The speakers were brilliant and actually shared some really useful insights rather than the usual fluff you sometimes get at these things. It was also just great fun, the energy was high the whole time and the networking was absolutely on point. It felt less like a stiff conference and more like catching up with a massive group of people who actually get what we do.

I’d highly recommend making it to the next one if you can. It’s easily one of the best ways to stay on top of what’s actually working in paid search right now while meeting some top-tier people in the industry.

One of the Best PPC Events I have attended

An event so good, I signed up for the next one before I even left. 😄✨

It was genuinely one of the best industry events I’ve been to in a while. The speakers were insightful, the conversations were energising, and I walked away with a much clearer sense of where PPC is headed in the future.

Also, a small reminder that no matter where you are in the world, great advertising still comes down to the same fundamentals: understanding people, being creative, and staying curious.

What the team does particularly well is move beyond surface-level tips. The focus on bid and priority matrices based on real user queries (not assumptions), disciplined negative keyword frameworks, single-product ad group structures, and actually analysing where budget is being spent shows a commitment to precision and accountability.

The discussion around Lost Leads vs Bad Leads was especially valuable; it reframes how performance marketers evaluate outcomes.

In a landscape where SEO, PPC, and AI-driven ads are converging, this event reinforced that the real advantage lies in structured thinking and having a repeatable approach to solving problems. Practical, thought-provoking, and genuinely useful for anyone serious about performance marketing.

A brilliant PPC event, highly recommend!

I’m still thinking about all of the brilliant speakers and soundbites from the latest PPC Live event.

Kat Sale Reminded me why I love working in Paid Marketing, and with House of Performance (HOP) (I especially enjoyed the quiz).

Dave Alexander Gave some incredible insight on how we can better utilise “lost leads” - I made so many notes on this!

Nils Rooijmans Reminded me of the importance of scripts. I’ll be carving out some time next week to really dig into this.

Lots of food for thought, can’t wait for the next one!

I attended my first PPC live this February and I recommend it for anyone in paid media and even for product marketers who do user acquisition.

There’s so much to learn from our ever-changing industry, and this is the right place to be.

Everyone is kind, intelligent, and knowledge sharing is a big part of our industry, so good job to Anu for putting this together.

What a wonderful PPC event

What a wonderful PPC event this was to be a part of 🙌

PPC Live was a hive of knowledge. A room full to the brim physically but also with really in-depth technical PPC expertise from people that live and breath the channel.

I felt right at home 😅

My phone's notebook was crammed with things I'm going to be testing out from Kat Sale, Dave Alexander and Nils Rooijmans, who's scripts have enabled me to carry out things on a PPC account I didn't even know were possible!

A must-attend event for anyone in the London PPC community

PPC Live is honestly one of my favourite events. It’s such a good place to reignite your interest in marketing, especially if you’ve been in the game a while. The mix of speakers is always spot on – from beginner strategies to really advanced insights about where Google Ads is heading. The people I’ve met there have actually led to agency growth and even some extra income, which says a lot about the kind of crowd it attracts.

Anu is such a lovely, personable host and makes everyone feel welcome. Free food, drinks, and genuinely interesting talks – there’s nothing else like it for the London PPC community.
