It's a great bag, and I love it. The purple color, size, all the zipper compartments, and the various straps -- all are great. And the customer service with this company is excellent; very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

I'm very happy with my bag. It will be great for travelling.
The inside pockets are quite deep and the straps are long enough for the back pack part and also across your body.

Bag concept is great, however, actual usage is not. My main compartment zipper started pulling from the lining upon first use. Additionally, when you put the straps down (when used as a backpack), you cannot zip close the pockets, so it’s not very secure. Also, when used as a backpack, which was my main draw, you have to take the whole thing off, and manage the main compartment zipper to access your things. The zipper is difficult-or maybe because mine ripped a bit-so it’s not a swift or easy. However, the size of the bag is nice.

Love this bag! Very roomy with lots of pockets to stay organized. Great for one overnight or as a carry on for a flight when you want to keep essentials with you. Love the strap versatility. Unfortunately one of my straps has a tear which will render the shoulder straps useless. However I have been offered a replacement. Great customer service!

Great bag and great customer service! I was astounded that I could actually call and talk to the founder and then correspond by email as he cheerfully replaced a bag that had a manufacturing error. I really like having the ease of a backpack without looking like a schoolgirl on my walking commute to work. A padded laptop sleeve would make the bag even better!

I like the design of the bag and the fact that it is convertible to a backpack. But when I took it out of the package, it had wrinkles deeply embedded in the front and the back from being crushed during shipping. I have tried washing it and air drying it; hanging it with books inside to stretch the fabric; but I cannot get them out. It ruins the look of the bag. Any suggestions on how to get them out?

I’m sure it will be good for traveling but it is way too big (and heavy) for every day use.

Love the bag, but only gave 4 stars as instead of a back zippered pocket, a place to slide over a suitcase handle would be better. Water bottle holders, need to be wider, for larger bottles. Straps could be a couple inches longer too. Overall do the the versatile options & space & inside pockets

I like the bag. I had a backpack before which I really, really liked, but it was time for a change. My old backpacks only had one front pocket. That meant the inside was just a jumble of stuff and the whole thing stuck out too far and bumped things as I walked by (like store shelves). I like this bag for the pockets. I can open the bag and see immediately what I need. I can even set my purse on top, and take it out when I need to shop. I prefer to keep a small, neat, light purse with the absolute basics for shopping, and the larger bag for things I don't need every minute, like charger cables and my hairbrush, headache pills, and a portable drink cup. The pragma bag was exactly what I was looking for in that regard. It fits sleekly and close to my body. It is just the right size, with good weight distribution. The side pockets are not good for a water bottle, but my huge 40oz bottle fits inside perfectly. The side pockets are great for my glasses case on one side and a flashlight/sunglasses on the other.

Love, Love this versatile bag. Every feature is so well thought out, lots of inside pockets. This bag will be a great travel companion, knitting or project bag as well as a small gym bag.

Not quite as large as I hoped - cannot fit lunch bag + other work stuff. Overall the bag seems sturdy & I will use it for other purposes. 2 criticisms: out of the 4 styles of reusable water bottles I own -NONE fit the side pocket - very disappointing. I would have preferred the front pocket not be so deep.

Wry nice bag . Great value. Nice customer service. Ordered one for a friend. Stylish and practical. Lots of pockets. I don’t use most of them as I forget which pocket I put what in.

I love my bag that I purchased! It's so roomy and comfortable. I have been able to drop down to carrying one bag to work because It fits everything! I loved it so much that I bought a 2nd for a gift. When I forgot to use the discount code on my 2nd purchase, I contacted the Pragma Team who immediately refunded me the discount. So impressive!

The main zipper on bag is difficult to zip.

My bag arrived with unusable straps, rendering the shoulder and backpack functions unusable. I emailed to report the error, , Philippe responded very quickly and asked for photos, and once I sent them, he told me the right straps would be sent right away. Weeks later nothing arrived so I’ve written again, THREE TIMES, and have not received any response yet. Appalling. The whole reason I got the bag was because it’s convertible, and it would be great, but without the correct strap this is just a regular bag. It’s so simple to mail the correct accessory. What is the problem, please, Philippe and Pragma? I’d like to use the bag as intended but can’t, so thus is very disappointing .
