I went to Angrignon mall in Montreal and we were approached by a sales lady from Predire Paris, they demonstrated their products, they were very persistent and pushy with their sales but I did believe they had very good products. I tried to say no and think about it but again was pressured so I opted to treat myself and purchase their products.

When I got home, I researched the company and looked more into the products they were selling. They had a 1 star rating and were berated about their pushy sales techniques and quality, citing it was a scam.
I spent $345 and thought of returning my items when I looked at the receipt, it said no returns, exchange only. No where in the store did it mention no returns and they cannot write it on the receipt, where you get the receipt only after paying for the product.
I opened my multi purpose ceramic hair brush, as it seemed to have worked well when demonstrated on me. Low and behold, the brush that they gave me was not the same as the one they demonstrated on my daughter and I. It looked the same but this one is smaller, did not have the blue light inside and does not heat well, work well or hold the curls well. I feel completely ripped off.
I contacted my credit card company and they said it was fraud, I had to go and try to get reimbursed from them before making a claim. I eventually got reimbursed by the company but they did try to reduce my fees and keep the product, give me other products, etc. I constantly said no, I just want my money back and they finally gave it to me.
They are bullies and a fraud. Even though the receipt says no refunds, you have rights. If you are not happy with it, fight to get your money back.

Been in sales all my life. These folks are over the top. Tampa International Mall for sure. Plus , I got a bit apprehensive when the sales girl said she was Russian. Not a good sign. I have extensive business with Russians and they are NOT to be trusted. All employees were not from the US. But east Europeans.Another not a good sign. I would recommend staying clear of this company. Look for a better alternative.

Esta gente es una viveza en pasta!!! Yo nunca acepto nada ni escucho lo q dicen y esta vez me vi con la muestra en la mano y sin darme cuenta despues de envolverme sin darme cuenta ya esta pagando unos productos q ni queria. Antes de llegar al carro me devuelvo para retornarlos. No los queria! Y el Manager me dice q los cambie por otra cosa que no refunds!! Osea son un As de hacer negocios robando y envolviendo a las personas de tan manera que te ves comprando sus productos!!! Estafadores es lo que son!!!

What a total scam bag of a company! I feel ashamed i allowed to be manipulated into buying their creme, which might cost 30$ and no more while being sold for 600$!!! Be Ware ladies! -their sales people will chase you down a mall corridor and give you a gold speech about what amazing products they offer and what a fantastic deal they will make just for you!! Recognize the predator and run , don’t even look back cuz if you do spend a number of hundreds dollars the regret will be immense!

This company is the reason I hate going to the local mall. Complete scam garbage company. Their staff is obnoxious, pushy, and super annoying trying to get you to sample their product. They will literally yell and chase you down when you walk by their business kiosk. When you tell them that you don't want to buy a $300 product, they will act like they are giving you this amazing good deal to sell you the item for $60. I thought this was a joke. Then follows with a horribly rude attitude when you don't want to purchase the lousy products. Do not waste your money or time because there are way more affordable beauty products elsewhere.

I’ve encounter these sales people on numberous occasions. It’s everytime I go to the mall. They are very aggressive. I get you have sales to make but being aggressive and even physically it’s not they way to do it. I hate going to the malls now. The last encounter was by far the worse. If I encounter another aggressive sales person from this company I may have to deck them. I’m not a physical person neither. As far as the products, they suck and the price is ridiculous for products that are terrible

Ive been using predire paris for 2 years and i love it. Can't get the first one i used. But i love the black orchid collection. About to buy it again. ❤

I visited the outlet centre on my way to the airport in Nashville Tennessee. I was given a free sample of Black Orchid Serum, as soon as it was in my hand, the sales man practically dragged me into his store. He put gel under my eyes which felt like a glue drying. He tried pressurising me to buy this and that, which were pounds out of my budget. He was a bully and quit scary. I managed after 20 intense minutes to say, I’ve been here long enough, I’m not buying anything and I’m going. He dropped the prices immensely and continued to pressure me as I was leaving the shop. I carried on walking.
I met my husband a little way down from the store, and told him what had happened. The said bully was stood outside the shop when my husband and I walked past. My husband is 6ft 2inc, and a big bloke, and when the bully saw me with him, he couldn’t retreat into the shop quick enough. Please people, do not accept a sample or even give these people eye contact, as it could become one of your worse experiences ever.

This product is absolute trash. It was given to me as a gift and now I know why…it’s a pain to remove from your skin. It leaves your face greasy and dirty looking. The magnetic strip is difficult to clean and messy. You couldn’t pay me to use this! Never again!

Not impressed by the high pressure sales tactics; nor the discounted damaged box trick!! The under eye product felt like I had crazy glue under my eyes👎

Get ready to meet the most well rounded salespeople you’ve met in years. I’ve never seen anything like this. There’s too much to tell here but let’s simply state it should be illegal what they’re doing. It started at a kiosk in the South Park mall in charlotte and you end up in their salon that no one actually gets facials in from what I saw. I witnessed a 12k product eventually being sold for 3k along with multiple thousand dollar products and facials thrown in. There were what looked to be two mafia members going in and out of the shop, a call to the manager for a lower price (good ol fashion car sales trick), an opportunity to punch in the system a cheaper product (to save money) but give me the nicer one…then the kicker was the crocodile tears at the end…no joke real life tears because I said no. That was a first. It’s truly amazing.

The truth is I’d love to get money back for the products I did buy but I’m legit scared for my life as they have my address now and I’m profiling(under the circumstances it’s fair to do so) the two men that legit looked like would stuff you in a bag.

Orlando Premium Outlet Vineland Royale Predire is very shady in their high pressure sales tactics. They offered me a free facial after I took the bait of a free sample and bought some wrinkle cream, and the products were nice enough; however the salespeople are really high pressure. They had me relax in a spa chair and proceeded to put multiple products on my face, and kept me there for over two hours really pushing me to buy a $15,000 system that included multiple products and two infrared machines. As I said no, it wasn’t in the budget, the prices dropped to $2500. They were acting like my new best friends the whole time. Two people were there all the time, then the salon owner came in. Twice they said I was getting free products to take home, but I just wanted to get out of there. After they finished the facial, they snapped a pic on a phone to show me how much better my skin looked, and they must have used filters, because I took a pic 5 minutes after leaving and my face was red, and flakes of dried goo were all over it. My skin did feel softer and was exfoliated, but the doctored photos were really fishy. The only way I could get out of there was to say I had to go talk to my husband; but they insisted the deal couldn’t wait unless I put a deposit down. They wanted my credit card, but I gave them $100 cash just to get out of there. They pretended to give me their direct cell phone to answer questions, and texted me. Within an hour I was getting texts and calls selling multiple other scams for home improvements and a bunch of other things; over 50 within 3 days.
And it wasn’t his number at all. There is no website, no business by that name available anywhere, and when I looked at the receipt for the $100 cash it didn’t have any information about the company and said it was for a product (I didn’t get anything except the product I bought at the start, which was actually different than what I thought I was buying.)

Didn’t go back to get my $100, was afraid they’ll scam me out of more. I called to tell them I didn’t want the system and asked about the $100, and they hung up.

The products are okay, but a few of them burned my skin and it was red for days. This review is about the kiosk business itself. The $15,000 system that they were going to give me for $2500 is available online even cheaper. Figured the $100 paid for their time, but Buyer Beware!!!!

There are several problems that I had with my experience at this store (Masonville Mall, London, Ontario):
1) No matter how I insisted that I couldn't afford the products and explained why, the saleswoman would not let me leave without making purchases.
2) Even though the products were reduced in price, it is quite clear that the price was too high because the products themselves were of poor quality. The exfoliant I got is just a substance that is designed to dry in such a way that it looks like dead skin when it is rubbed. The heated ceramic hairbrush that is supposed to dry, curl, and straighten hair all without making the hair smell fried cannot nearly do all of that. My curls take forever to create when I use it, and they don't last. My hair still smells. I guess the thing kind of dries my hair as I straighten it, as long as it makes a few passes over my hair.
3) I did research on this company later on, and anyone who takes a look at their website can see that they use the same actresses in their demo videos as other similarly scammy beauty product chains, and that the endless five-star reviews come from accounts with names that sound completely fake. Also, their refund policy is non-existent. As per the site, you can only exchange something if it was broken in shipping.
Overall, I feel really scammed, and I don't know how this "business" got actual storefronts in actual malls. These malls should oust Predire Paris and give their storefront space to someone who provides good products. Is what they're doing even legal???

Incredible experience at Predire Paris ! I am so happy I tried their sample. This is how everything started. I discovered their entire anti-aging collection and I’m so impressed with the results on my face and neck. I’m so excited to try the full body treatment. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year now and I keep recommending my family and friends to try their amazing products. My skin is usually very sensitive but Predire Paris is the only luxury cosmetic brand that fits me. Going to my monthly facial became my favorite time to relax, and enjoy. They are magicians !!! I will never do injections again in my life, Predire is the natural anti-aging solution you are looking for!!!

Horrid. These guys are actual con artists and belong in jail. I’m not kidding. I encountered them at the international mall in Tampa. It’s an upscale mall with legitimate businesses. Im appalled that the mall mgr allowed these con artists to rent a place in this mall. It’s perfect for these cons because many people come from out of town and they are easy targets that would have trouble pursuing the issue after basically being robbed of their money.
From the person giving you a “sample” to the “oh I see something on your face I can help with” (when they hand you the sample) to the “free mini facial” from a girl who “just happens to have a cancellation"
and this “never happens” (haha) - and then Saidee is your “best friend” talking about how plastic surgery doesn’t last to using “stem cell cream to fix it the ‘natural way’ to having some light thing that lights up different colors to “heal your wrinkles” and that it was developed by NASA and worth 12k. NOT KIDDING!! I wasn’t that stupid. Lol
I was also told Id get free products for 3 years if I purchased one of their creams and that there was some sort of spa in the back of the store for things like microdermabrasion, that would be performed on me once a month for a year if I purchased. Complete lie. Nothing is in the back of the store but their storeroom and their crap products they are trying to pawn off on unsuspecting customers.

Also - the products they Use on you in the store are NOT what they demonstrate on you. Watch very closely when they try to "show you” how great their cream is (hundreds of dollars for 1oz) It’s not the same! You will open your product at home and be shocked at the cheap plastic container it comes in that is too cheap to even dispense the product - all of which is less than 1/4 oz! The packaging makes it look like there is more product than there is!! The whole thing has been thought out SO WELL - to take your money.

These people will say ANYTHING to get your money. Make sure EVERYTHING they say to you is in WRITING before spending a single cent!! Otherwise you WILL be completely ripped off!!! It's what they do and they see it as their job.

I also encourage anyone who considers spending a penny here to look up this company on the BBB website. There are MANY complaints about these cons. SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!!

What a total POS!! Not even worth the cheap plastic it's made of. Not only that, but to add insult to injury, IT WOULDN'T EVEN POWER ON!!!!

Stay far away from this over-hyped product. Luckily, my wife received one (MUCH cheaper than here) in order to give a review. I feel sorry for when she does, because it will definitely get around about how bad this company's products are.

i am smart enough to know my own skin care contains the products that my sensitive skin need. and I find that even though I paid a little over 200 dollars is still pretty useful! the product works well for my sensitive skin and it absorbs my moisturizer!

Buyer Beware!! Prédiré Paris has all of the characteristics of a scam for sure. They do not respond to emails. They sent me the wrong product and I sent them three email about it with proof and images, and no response. They have not sent me the correct product and have not offered any resolution or refund. Total scam company in my opinion. Return policy very telling.
