I was also scammed while on holiday in the usa! Spent a lot of money on products that DON'T WORK!!! And then they tried to get more money off me!!!

J’ai essayé de me faire rembourser des produits non utilisés sans succès. J’ai même écrit au siège social. J’ai aussi remarqué que les produits ne sont pas conformes puisqu’ils ne sont qu’en anglais. Les prix ne sont pas indiqués sur les produits ou sur la tablette. Je vais entreprendre une rétro facturation avec ma carte de crédit.

I totally know this is all a scam. They have an ad on Facebook, $69 for a wonderful facial. When I was done, I was taken to a cube type room, then they try and sell you more products. The argan oil facial peeling gel vitamin E & A. $99 for a 1.7 oz jar. Then proceeded to try and sell me a “package” $340 for 3 facials that add up to $83 which is more than what I paid for today. Which was $70 while the add online said $69. I ended up spending $182 today , for something I could have done myself for much cheaper. It’s a shame that companies like this still exist. And majority of these scam artist companies are inside a mall. I have had many legit facials and I’ve never been taken to a place where I’m going to be pressured to buy products.
In the past I’ve just got a facial and I proceed to go pay at the register. That’s it.
BBB needs to do their o investigative and look a little more deeper with regards to these companies logic and practices. They are preying and abusing their customers by their persuasive tactics.

I was a tourist in charlotte,NC- went to a huge mall. My family lives in Vermont. Our version of a mall has like 10-15 stores. I got scammed at the Simon mall I think in charlotte nc by this la predire Paris company. Spent $268.13 and she Literally sold me AN EMPTY PLASTIC SYRINGE AND TOLD ME I WAS BUYING A YEARS WORTH OF WEEKLY UNDER EYE SERUM TREATMENTS. Then she had me go see this other lady in their nail salon part of their business and she kept trying to sell me devices for $10k. I said no I can’t no no. She gave me a facial and used the glamour New York rejuveneck device on me and said it was a $5k device and she would sell to me for low low price of $400 plus tax. I continued to say no because I had just spent $268 on eye serum. She literally told me to use a credit card. She was friendly & personable so when she said what do u have for cards I said only my debit and showed her my phone case wallet as proof. She proceeded to take my card and run it for the device and told me if it didn’t go thru it would be free. I actually didn’t think it was going to go thru but it did. She caught me so off guard and I don’t like confrontation and I was kind of in shock. She stuck the box with the device face down in the bag from the eye serum and I left in complete shock. Then I put the bag with the forced purchases directly into my suitcase when we got back to where we were staying to prevent my husband from seeing my terrible mistake.. we got home to VT on 12/2/24 late in the evening.. late on the eve on 12/3 after work I figured I’d dig in to my very expensive mishap and do my weekly eye treatment and charge up the neck device.. well. That first girl Ashley N talked me right into purchasing an EMPTY PLASTIC SYRINGE FOR $268.13 because all that’s in the box is an applicator syringe that u need to load with the eye serum that was not given to me!! Then to top it off! I turn the neck device over and it’s also freaking empty!! The only thing I can think is that the device she demonstrated on me with must have come from the box and she put it in the bag without putting the device back after the demonstration. Oh and also- the credit card machine was down at the kiosk so Ashley N brought me to their nail Solon which is somehow connected to them to use their card reader.. I should have questioned more .. because my receipts for both of these none-existent beauty items were printed on the royal reflections nail salon receipt paper. Regardless Ashley N and Stella at the La Predire Paris non surgical solution kiosk and royal reflections nail salon at the mall at 4400 Sharon rd Charlotte, NC 28211 should be fired arrested and refund my money!!

De belles boucles qui se défont après 5 minutes même avec du fixatif. Les vendeuses disaient que les boucles peuvent durer une semaine. Nous devrions avoir le droit de nous faire rembourser. Produit trop cher et insatisfaisant. Très déçue. Je vais tout faire pour me faire rembourser.

It's a SCAM. DO NOT EVEN GET INSIDE THE SHOP. DANGEROUS.
The products they sale to you, don't have the same results or effects at all compare to the one they apply inside the shop. That's why inside the shop says NO REFUNDS. Iam not sure what exactly they apply on your face that seems magic, but the product you buy has not the same effect at all. I was stupid wasting my 450 USD on a rubbish cream for the eyes called below zero brand.
And now I recalled a colleague who mentioned to me that when she lived in Hawaii, she worked on a store doing this scam and the lady at the Miami Airport store mentioned they have a shop in Hawaii. So it is the same.

The sales person lied and loire me in with free samples and free facial. I was told the product is made with natural ingredients. I purchased a facial peeling gel with argan, vitamin E and A and the first ingredients listed are; water, glycerin, propylene glycol, asobic acid. Most others I can’t even pronounce and now where does it list but A or E. Does not sound natural to me. Found the same product online and much cheaper. Vanessa then tried to tell me that Amazon product is fake. They will say anything to get the sale. Do not get scammed by these people. You will notice there is never anyone in the store, they have to salt and outside and practically drag you in by holding the sample and not letting go.

Don’t shop here it’s a SCAMMM!!!

N’achetez rien de cette boutique!! Arnaque! Les vendeuses vous attirent en boutique et vous font essayer leurs produits et ensuite mettent la pression pour que vous achetiez car leur promotion est « seulement aujourd’hui »… mais veulent vous faire dépenser des centaines de dollars! Aucun remboursement en plus! Leurs produits sont bas de gamme/cheap mais les prix sont boostés pour avoir l’air hauts de gamme! Le mot « Paris » dans le nom de la marque est juste une stratégie marketing mais ça n’a rien à voir avec Paris. Tenez vous loin!

Attention Attention Attention! c'est une vente à pression et arnaqueuse pour les produits de beauté et la brosse â cheveux chauffante. qui soit disant était fabriquée en Floride. finalement c'est un produit de chine. Et c'est pas la même qualité que la fille te montre dans le magasin. En plus tu ne trouves aucun manuel dedans j'appelle le service à la clientèle l'agente a essayé de jouer avec les mots concernant le remboursement et cerise sur le gâteau pas de retour . Je vais appeler le service consommateur 418 643-1484

Arnaque ! Ce n'est pas pentoute ce que les vendeuses propose en magasin. Ce n'est que du rêve ce qui vous vendre! Sa ne marche pas pour faire des belles boucles facile et rapide! Je ne sais pas pourquoi jai pas cacher sur le coup, bizzare que un truc a 650$ descendre a 300$ en plus 2eme gratuit ,apres descend a 200$ ! Ce magasin ne devrait pas exister au Québec ! Il devrait avoir plus de réglementation pour ce genre de magasin comme le remboursement obligatoire ! La brosse a été faite en chine non en floride deja la juste pour ca, pour avoir menti sur le produit on devrait avoir droit a se faire rembourser

AVOID! DO NOT LET THE GIRLS OUTSIDE THE STORE IN CARREFOUR LAVAL SCAM YOU! They pressure you to buy their products that you can find on Amazon for less than 100$. It's all a scam don't get fooled!! Don't even know how this is legal in Canada!!!

Je me suis faite arnaquée par des vendeuses qui utilisent une énorme pression pour vendre ces produits inconnus et complètement inutiles.
On m’a attiré à l’intérieur du magasin pour faire l’essai d’une brosse chauffante et lissante. Je ne sais pas ce qui m’a pris mais j’ai acheté cette brosse faite en Chine, sérieusement 😟.
Ma mésaventure ne s’arrête malheureusement pas là, car on a réussi à me faire essayer des produits qui supposément vont m’aider à diminuer les rides de mon visage.
Je ne sais pas ce que j’avais cette journée là mais j’avais clairement laissé mon cerveau à la maison.
Ayant dépensé un montant exorbitant, que je n’ose même pas spécifier, ayant honte de moi-même, j’ai eu droit à cinq traitements gratuits, qui sont supposément une série de facial.
Je suis retournée à la boutique et j’ai demandé un remboursement complet, ce qui malheureusement, me fut refusé.
Une compagnie honnête, fiable et qui croit en ses produits, ne refuse pas une demande de remboursement, car si les produits sont efficaces, ils seront achetés de nouveau par une autre personne.
Je me suis présentée à mon premier facial gratuit 😵‍💫. J’avais l’intention de leur faire croire que j’utilisais les produits quotidiennement afin de les confronter sur leurs mensonges et méthodes de vente à pression. Je n’ai utilisé aucun de mes achats ni les produits gratuits qu’on m’a offert.
Le supposé facial a eu lieu dans un petit local utilisé pour l’entreposage de leurs produits.
J’ai dû m’étendre sur un lit qui n’avait aucune protection ce qui me démontre une grosse lacune côté propreté.
Le supposé facial devait durer une heure, en réalité ce fut à peine 40 minutes. La vendeuse, qui est loin d’être une esthéticienne professionnelle, m’a appliqué trois produits avec aucun commentaire sur l’état de ma peau. Le but de cette arnaque était de me vendre chaque produit qui fut appliqué sur ma peau.
Cette fois je n’ai pas embarqué dans leur manipulation et je n’ai aucune intention de remettre les pieds dans cette boutique.
J’ai communiqué avec cette compagnie par courriel, à ma grande surprise, on m’a répondu rapidement. On m’a demandé d’envoyer une photo de mes factures mais depuis ce temps, et après plusieurs autres courriels de ma part, c’est le silence total de leur côté.
SVP Vous devez éviter cette boutique et ignorer l’appel de ces vendeuses.
S’il y a un recours collectif je désire y participer.

Arnaque de haut niveau par des vendeuses qui utilisent des techniques de ventes tellement à pression et n'accepte pas un non comme réponse au Carrefour Laval! Tout dabord elles vous offre un produit gratuit à l'extérieur du magasin. Ensuite elles vous apâte pour que vous veniez vous assoire sur sa chaise et elle vous montre différent fer et brosse chauffante pour vos cheveux. Jai dépensé 287 dollars pour un fer made in China supposément fait en floride. Grosse bullshit du début à la fin! Ensuite jai vue la gérante du magasin pour un essai de produits pour le visage et la peau. Elle m'a vendu un produits infrarouge de marde qui vaut rien pentoute!!! Jai pris même un plan de paiement avec elle tellement elle vendait bien ses produit pour la machine infrarouge, sois disant pour faire disparaitre les rides! Ensuite elle ''donne'' des produits gratuits et des crèmes qui valent rien pentoute et sont truffé de produits faussement miracle. Mon amie aussi c'est faite avoir et les produits ne contiennent rien de ce que la vendeuse dit! Vite sauvez vous de ce magasin frauduleux!!! Heureusement le plan de paiement a été reffusé au crédit et je retourne toute cette belle marde au magasin lundi prochain!! Évidemment elles disent que le fer plat n'est pas remboursable dû a la promotion qui finissait le jour même comme par hasard! Je vais voir si un recours collectif est en branle en ce moment contre eux et vous devriez faire pareil! 1 888-672-2556 numéro de l'Office de la protection du consommateur!

I wish I could give this review 0 stars because the sales people make you feel so pressured and humiliate you, and their products don't work. They lured me in by offering me a free sample of a cream (which I should not have accepted and they didn't even give to me), then the lady told me she wanted to show me something for my hair, but wouldn't show me until I sat in the chair. I sat in the chair and I thought it was going to be some type of serum to reduce frizz because I have curly hair and I like free samples. Instead, she takes out this hot brush thing to straighten and curl hair. I felt intimidated and didn't have the guts to tell the lady not to touch me, and she proceeds by taking a piece of my hair (and really pulling on it) and curling it without heat protectant! Then she proceeds to tell me that the brush doesn't burn the skin (even though I could feel the heat radiating off of it) and puts the brush ON MY CHEEK to show me that it's not hot!! Thankfully the brush didn't burn my skin, but it was hot!

She then gave me a box of the brush and told me that the price is usually 350$, but for me it would be 250$. What a scam. She also started asking me for my age, while still curling my already curly hair, putting the brush on my face, and telling me that my hair looks much better when it's curled with the brush. A little demeaning, no?

Then she brought the price down to 200$ because I said that I did not want to buy it and she kept pressuring me into buying the product. I told her no and she rudely and roughly took the box from my hands and said goodbye. She left my hair looking ugly and have curled. I went into another store to wet my hair to get back my curls, and before I wet my hair, I could see that the curls done by the brush were straight! The curls did not even hold for 2 minutes! Prédiré Paris and their sales people are scumbags. Every time I had to pass by the store, I went across the mall to avoid them. And, there is never anybody in the salon/store. They are also the only store in the entire St-Bruno mall that has sales people at the door being annoying and scamming people.

Sales ladies should genuinely k*** themselves. How these scammers are able to occupy in respected malls is beyond me. Thank god I left empty handed, these girls working here are morally bankrupt. They try to lure people in with free samples and refuse to give you them if you don't sit down on their nasty chairs and go through with their demo.

I was a tourist in Nashville this past week. I was visiting the OpryMills Mall and lured into the Prédiré kiosk by a very pleasant salesperson. I felt a need for some personal pampering and had allotted some money aside for it. I ended up buying the sea salt rub, the body butter and the facial peel for $175 plus tax. I actually would have felt good about this purchase had I not been lured to another section of the kiosk for a facial. The young woman was so kind and sweet who gave me my facial, but when it came time to talk price, a big burly man (his name is Itai) really gave me the shakedown with a very aggressive sales pitch. Then my radar went off and I wished I hadn’t bought anything at all from this company. I had already spent my allotted money and couldn’t spend any more even though he was showing me in the website how great a deal he was offering me. I wanted to run away and was pleading with him that I absolutely can not spend any more money. I wish I had done research on this company and read the complaints on the BBB website (they have an F rating) I feel like such a fool for falling for this scam. I wish I had my money back.

Nearly felt for it! The salesperson was very pushy trying to sell her 3 in 1 steam hairdryer/flatiron thingy. I gingerly asked how much, her 1st price was 250$ but I was lucky today because it was on sale at 200$..and because I told her I was not shopping for that particular item that day, she insisted on leaving a business card (which is just a piece of paper out of the cash register 🥴) and that if I promised her to refer her all my friends and create some online content she would do me a solid and I would be able to buy the steam dryer/iron for 129$ !!!

These girls are put under a lot of pressure!! Didnt appreciate being rushed!! Thankfully, I was able to leave the store empty handed.
