Prefinery's technology makes it easy for my business to run effective referral marketing campaigns. I like that I can view campaign stats and manage rewards on a real-time basis and keep track of who is talking about my company. Prefinery checks all the boxes for a great WOM referral program.

Things that I personally like:

1. Clean user interface
2. Easy customization of all main parameters
3. Emails can be sent based on behavior

I would personally love to have templates to use in the future. In any case, the customization available allows to do pretty much everything you want already.

Definitely give it a try if you want to set up viral campaigns.

In all our years of experience, we've seen some pretty cool tricks and techniques to get customers to talk about companies and more importantly, refer them to their friends and colleagues. The latest was Prefinery, and it could be a real game-changer.

We recently signed up to Prefinery and we weren't disappointed. I have been following the company since they released this product and was impressed at how open to suggestions and improvements from their user community the owners were. The team behind it is constantly improving the product, and this shows in their new product. The user interface is sleek, and the setup and the onboarding process was quick and painless. It was super easy to integrate with our current set up and it didn't take us long to get the hang of it.

We fed our marketing list into Prefinery, created a referral page, tweaked a couple of the emails in the flow and set up some rewards for the referrers (Single-sided/Double-Sided & Milestone Rewards) and boom! We're now getting a steady flow of referrals from literally 15 minutes work.

We actually have a new product due to be launched in a couple of months so we have just created a landing page and waiting list form (from within Prefinery in less than 5 minutes) and we will be publishing this to our website this week to start building our referral campaign for it.

I think it's safe to say, that we will be keeping this software and also offering it to our agency clients straight away.

Whether you're a start-up or an agency then you cannot afford to not have this!

Prefinery is way more than an affiliate program. when we first signed up with Prefinery, we wanted a referral/affiliate management software to help spread the word to our services. Prefinery has more option that got us interested, pre-launch waiting lists, closed beta programs, and beta releases (helps with testing).
So far we didn't need to contact support but from what we heard they have a stiller support.
The dashboard is great and loads fast with no issues, and we got step by step wizards to start campaigns etc.
Overall, highly recommend Prefinery.

I am a longtime user of a competing product.

The things I like most about Prefinery are specific to my use case. It has WAY more Zapier Triggers and Actions, and it allows me to set up clients as users on their campaigns so they can monitor and manually give rewards as earned.

These things make it a better option for me and I look forward to implementing it more into my business.

I have a lot of plans for this tool, but mainly to help myself and clients keep track of the effectiveness of our referral marketing efforts!

The owner Justin clearly answered any questions I had about the product.

It has a clean and simple interface and a selection of set up templates on offer when you are setting up a campaign.

It comes with email function to direct all your campaigns. The whole product has been well thought out and will help you gain a buzz for your product or service promotions.

The owner Justin openly asks for feedback on how he can make his product even better and is very helpful if you have any problems or need advice when setting up your campaigns.

All in all Prefinery is a great tool to have in your toolset to help you increase, awareness, buzz, and eventually sales.

Many things are pretty useful about the viral style programs I've seen out there, but most of them lock you down to a template or have some clunky page builder that gives me ugly designs.

Prefinery allows me to customize EVERYTHING on it, plus the double sided rewards feature is a game changer as well.

The UI isn't the fanciest, but how many times have we had a fancy UI but no power under the hood. Prefinery is a powerful add-on for your business.

All in all, very happy I decided to invest in it and I'm already seeing powerful results from using it.

If you're looking for something to help you get the word out on your business and reducing lead costs, Prefinery is definitely something you want to add to your arsenal!

Prefinery is pretty fine! I like the user interface, it is well thought and once you being with a campaign you are well guided through all the aspects step-by-step which makes it very user friendly. The ease of use is top-notch and the learning curve is flatter.

I wish there were more integrations and additional features. Also, having more customizability will make this tool even better. Something for the creators to improve on. The form needs to be improved and needs to be more customisable. If you would like to set up multiple campaigns quickly, this is a product you should consider. It is quite easy and super quick to build referral campaigns, especially if you are after a "Waiting List" type of referral campaigns.

Overall getting your referral campaign up and running is quick and effortless. I am able to quickly launch referral campaigns and get going without investing too much time. I am able to customise the emails that are sent to the users and has got quite a few variables that I can use in those emails for personalisation etc.

In the past, I have used several giveaway and referral software. But each one seemed to have some limitation or missing features.

Prefinery is different. It's a great example of simple, minimalist, yet powerful software.

It's power lies in specializing in one area and doing it rather well.

I chose Prefinery for its flexibility, form builder, detailed analytics, and the branded email campaigns.

If you're like me and you dislike reading tutorials, well implementing Prefinery is a breeze. The UI/UE is a so functional and well thought out that within 30 minutes I had my first draft referral campaign setup.

Some other referral apps constrain you to use templates. Prefinery is different. It allows you to supercharge your forms to perfectly fit your brand and/or the website it's embedded in.

Sending emails is a joy. The powerful dynamic fields do a lot of the heavy lifting, which allows me to focus on my copy and the Prefinery handle the rest of the work.

The great thing about Prefinery is that you can take its perfection in referrals and implement a giveaway campaign as well. How amazing is that!

My wish list:

1. It would be great to have social media sign up buttons.

2. More options for giveaways displaying how many points a user can get, for example, by liking a FB page or sharing a link, joining a FB group.

Overall, I'm really impressed and happy with Prefinery so far. I have yet to deploy it, because I'm still working on my pre-launch course syllabus. But when I do, this is going to be my go-to solution!
