I ordered a “solid core oak flush veneer fire door” for around £300 , waited almost three weeks for delivery, and when it finally arrived it turned out to be a standard Deanta door that appears to retail for around £120 elsewhere.
The price markup compared to buying the same door directly from Deanta suppliers is extremely high. On top of that, delivery charges were excessive and customer service has been very poor throughout the process.
To make things worse, I still haven’t received a proper VAT invoice.
Based on my experience, this company feels more like an expensive middleman reselling standard doors rather than a specialist supplier. If you are looking for Deanta products, I would strongly recommend going directly to Deanta stockists instead — you can likely save a significant amount of money.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
