- The website and instructions for measuring were really clear
- They recommend the right amount of adhesive to use based on the size of your splashback
- It looks great
-Communication was clear and regular during the order

I cannot find fault in anything I have had from Premier Range and Ive had quite a lot. Their radiator covers are stunning and in my case custom made. Table accessories like runner and place mats also stunning. From placing my orders to receiving the goods I was kept up-to date where the process was at. Customer service is efficient, polite, respectful and easy to access. I can assure everyone this is a 100% genuine review from a very satisfied customer. In terms of the date of my experience, some of my products were purchased as long as 5-6 years ago probably a little more and still look as good today as when they were purchased. Other products purchased earlier this year 2026

First class service We found the Premier Range website…
We found the Premier Range website quickly using a search for glass splash backs.
The website was clear and concise which made submitting our order really easy.
We needed to add further dimensions for socket cutouts which were requested by the sales team to be sent as a drawing via email.
After the order was finalised, it took slightly longer than quoted for the glass splashbacks to be dispatched.
On delivery, I found the panels to be very well protected for transport and in perfect condition.
Carefully following the PR instructions, the panels were fitted with the supplied adhesive and the socket openings lined up perfectly.
The splashbacks look amazing, so we can't thank PR enough for their service.
