Ordered a top on the 10/02/2026 it's now the 19/03/2026 and nothing sent 2 emails with no reply scam stay well clear

Positive Review. My order arrived late and there was a lack of comms but the product was as described.

Don’t buy from this guy, waited over 3 months for my custom tailights and randomly got my order cancelled by them, terrible with response time and they finally got back to me and said that they wernt able to “fulfill the order”. Guy picks and chooses what he wants to do

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY! Ordered 2 shirts for £55 in NOVEMBER. Recieved 1. Gave him the benefit of the doubt at first, then got excuses. He was quick to respond when i opened a paypal dispute asking me to close it as he would get a fine and a black mark against his business. Despite several assurances of getting the item.....still nothing! Contacted him by the 'new' email address & whatsapp and now looks like im blocked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!

Waiting 7 months for my order. All i get as an answer on my emails, is automatic sent emails from them. AVOID!!

Be careful, 2 orders on 2 separate occasions. 1st order, wrong order received. 2nd order received but faulty, spelling mistake. Will not answer any of the emails, texts or facebook communications. If they do sort I am happy to repost the review with a positive attitude, don't hold your breath!!! I hope they have the decency to address the problems. 2 very unhappy Grandsons.

Ordered 6th Dec 2025 and still waiting as at 19th January 2026. E mailed twice and automated reply only. Will approach credit card for refund 😞

Ordered 2 shirts on the offer of 2 x £55.00. Only 1 received. Sent multiple emails with no response. Absolutely ridiculous that an email cannot be responded to. Put URGENT in the subject line if you need a response they say ..... wonder what their definition of URGENT is. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this business. Severely disappointed

I ordered my friend a shirt as a Christmas present, I received a WhatsApp confirmation confirming the order was received, a message confirming it had been shipped and then received within timeframe stated, brilliant service!

Having ordered back in 2021 the quality of the strip received compared to the tat you get nowadays from strips was second to none and four years later still going strong. Placed a new order this year for the kids Christmas and received again 2 quality retro strips. Yes the delivery and dispatch time are long but honestly i couldnt fault the quality of these strips
The only criticism if any was not being able to track the delivery as at some point between the confirmation of my order being dispatched and now its been delivered having only discovered it now when checking my shed which isnt solely the sellers problem as royal mail had popped it in there and we had no clue of the delivery but arrived in the time period stated when ordering

I am giving this company 4 stars. After completing the order on the 17th of November and a couple of weeks going by I started to panic my order had not arrived. I looked to trust pilot to read horrendous reviews and feared I had been scammed. I emailed the company who did keep responding but was still worried my order would not arrive. They emailed me on 3 days ago after I sent an email raising my concerns to be told my order has been dispatched. Today my order has arrived! Yes it is the 17th of December so yes it took a month but all I have to say is ignore the bad reviews. If you are not in a hurry to get your order I would really recommend this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM / Ordered a couple of tops. Never got a reply to any emails. Smelt something fishy. Contacted PayPal and then started getting emails straight away telling me to cancel my dispute and i was wasting peoples times and money! Sent them a screenshot of their reviews and never heard back. PayPal gave me a full refund. And they were fined apparently. SCAM SCAM SCAM

OK so I was sceptical after reading other reviews but my order arrived and the shirt is of good quality and delivered within the 28 days advised.

Ordered in June. It’s November and still not arrived. They have not replied to any of my emails.

I’m giving one star as no option to give none. DO NOT ORDER A TOTAL SCAM! Ordered in feb 2024 and to this day have never received anything and never had a response to numerous emails, messenger messages etc. ripped me off and I’ve never heard a thing.

I'm only responding after seeing so many people that have had the same experience as me. I ordered a shirt from this business about 18 months ago, it never arrived. I contacted the business numerous times to be met with silence. I then left a message on the Premier Retros facebook page and I got a response stating that the shirt i had ordered had been sent but Royal Mail "must have messed up". I was asked if I wanted to reorder or an alternative. I chose to reorder. He then come back stating that that shirt was no longer available, asking if I'd like an alternative or a refund. I requested an alternative shirt with the same nameset and the original. I got a response back within the hour stating that all of a sudden, he'd found my original order and would post it out with the second shirt free of charge as an apology for waiting so long. "What a lovely gesture" I thought... Neither shirt arrived... After numerous further attempts to contact via email and Facebook (the Facebook account access was changed so that nobody could leave messages under pics or directly on the wall) I gave up and took it on the chin that I'd been scammed. More fool me for looking for the cheaper option. Once bitten an all that. Reading some of these other reviews, it seems an ongoing trend. How 'businesses' like this are still operating is beyond me.

I made an order from this site and they sent an email through saying the order was unsuccessful. However I checked my bank and the money had come out. I followed this up with numerous emails each to no response. Absolute scam of a website.

I had ordered two tops back in August 2023. I gave the 3 week grace period and wanted to touch base for any sort of update, nothing. I tried again a few days later and got a reply the next day stating they'll get it out today. No problem, things happen. I asked for tracking and I was not given any. I received an excuse stating that it was Royal Mails fault I didn't get that. A day later I miraculously received one of the shirts. I inquired about the second, but still received no good information, no tracking. They eventually told me it must have been lost and then stopped responding altogether.

It's purely a con. Never sent the item. Never replied to an email. They just rip you off.

Wrong sized top arrived, have been very patient and tried to be understanding to the company’s situation and their losses, but customer service is pretty much non existent and it appears I’m just out of pocket £40 with a shirt 2 sizes too small.
