Super convenient to be able to make quick appointments and not have to be indoors unmasked. The woman who administers the test is very nice and efficient.

Update: Sadly, they stopped offering Covid tests on 11/11/23 with no notice. When I tried booking an appointment, the system seemed to be down, so I tried reaching them via phone and chat. In both instances, I got a message saying they would call back and was ghosted. It would have been good customer service to send a notice to their customers letting them know. Mostly, I’m just really disappointed that there is no longer a cheap or free, easy way to get a Covid test. So, strap in folks! It’s going to be rough holiday season.

I went on google to find a place to take a Covid test and it was free with insurance. When I realized it was an urgent care I asked if they took my insurance due to me being sick and congested which I figured I had a sinus infection( which I did) no one was in the office so I was in and out. The staff greeted me and everyone was so nice. The inside and back was clean and my Covid test came back and I also took a PCR which I received my results the very next day . You can be seen for anything at that office which is amazing. I was able to get my Covid testing and doctor visit out the way which is a good thing . I was on my way to urgent care next but it saved me a trip . They emailed my pharmacy and it was ready by the time i pulled up.

I had a great experience with premium Health today. I could make appointment for Covid test very quickly and every body acted very professionally and I will get the PCR test result in less than 24 hours. The Antigen test result came within a few hours. I highly recommend Premium Health.

Tests and testing sites have been very accessible to me and my family. Unfortunately my boyfriend got covid, and then my mom, then my dad, but not me!! Through all our various fluctuations of covid and contagion periods and anxieties, premium health ktown has been there for us! This ktown location is only a couple blocks from us and we can always make same day appointments. I also love their “home test” feature, in which a premium health nurse comes to your home and issues you a test!

Great service. Only thing I would like to see is to let people know that this is a mobile operation. I just happened to run into the person who was giving the test by accident. Other than that it was smooth sailing.
