Excellent service from start to finish. I wasn’t entirely sure which amplifier to choose, but the team talked me through several options, explaining the sound profile of each. I eventually settled on the Hegel H400, and I couldn’t be happier — it sounds fantastic paired with my PMC twenty.26. The whole sales process was handled brilliantly, with regular updates throughout, and the amplifier arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Really happy with my SVS 3000 micro revolution, huge improvement over the outgoing model.
This has to be one of the most practical and versatile subs on the market for people who have a normal sized living room that want a subwoofer to play well with music and movies with out dominating the room.
Premium sounds were very kind to allow me borrow a demonstration sub to see how it worked in my room before buying.
As always Premium sounds come highly recommend and are my Number 1 go to option whenever I’m in market for new HIFI equipment.

The technical support from the staff at Premium Sound was excellent. I was on the market for a music streamer with a built in power amplifier. I was looking to test various makes and models. However, they did not have the preferred model (that I wanted) in stock. The folks there reached out to the manufacturer to get a demo version so I could listen to it. It was worth the wait to listen to the demo. They also offered a very good price for the streamer that I traded in. I will definitely go back to Premium Sound when I upgrade other components of my sound system.

I was made very welcome by Mr. Stats and the team at the office and was given the opportunity to test the product before making my purchase, which I greatly appreciated.

However, when I brought the package home, I noticed that the box displayed a delivery date of 28/04/2026, which raised a concern. Could you please confirm whether the unit I purchased is new, or if it may have been previously used or returned?

I originally visited your branch to test the sound quality before placing my order online and chose to collect the unit myself. As I personally transported it all the way to HA8, I also enquired whether a discount might be available given that I saved the cost of delivery, but unfortunately this request was declined.

Apart from these concerns, I am extremely pleased with the unit. It sounds brilliant, and I am delighted with my purchase of this Technics unit.

I hadn’t used Premium Sound before, but they were very helpful with my initial enquiry relating to another product. The Mission CD transport and Audio Technica cartridge I eventually bought are both really well made and sounding products. I suspect I will be coming back to Premium Sound for the matching Mission amp, which will suit me nicely as an interim measure while I sort out my new listening room.

It was really good to deal with a company that dealt with my enquiries personally and were genuinely helpful.

Would like to thank Zani for being so helpful and professional. He was going to trade in my current system for a brand new all in one however I was able to arrange my existing set up into my bedroom (disabled) which I thought wouldn't be possible so I did not proceed. However everything that I was considering could be found at Premium Sound. They have an excellent range from less expensive to ultra but what I noticed is their brand quality on offer was the best. Although I didn't go ahead, this is a genuine review and I would recommend anyone looking for quality hi fi to definitely visit.

Im plased with my speakers ,after watshing few reviews in Youtube i orded them from Premium sound the promptness and clear delivery information from DHl was beyond my expectation
I have not and listen from this speakers extenssivly so far they do sound and look good
