I’ve been with Presidian for around 3 years and my experience has been excellent from start to finish.
The policy was easy to set up and offers very good value, especially for newer and higher-end vehicles.
Whenever I’ve lodged a claim, the process has been smooth and efficient. Most of my claims were approved and resolved within a few days to a maximum of two weeks, which is very impressive.
They covered repairs on my BMW, including a front electronics module issue and oil leaks, with no hassle. The communication was clear, the turnaround time was quick, and the whole process felt streamlined and stress-free.
Having this warranty has definitely been worth it for the peace of mind alone.
I highly recommend Presidian to anyone purchasing a modern or premium vehicle, and I will absolutely be using them again for my next car.

This extended warranty is a scam. They will find anything not to pay for a claim. The girl told me it wasn't covered under "section 9" I didn’t even know what she was referring to. When I purchased extended warranty I was dubious but was told "it covers everything as long as you maintain regular scheduled service which I have. Do not buy or trust Presidian extended warranty. Wasted all that money that could have gone towards my repair bill.

Completely garbage service, the approved repairers that Presidian send out to use are not even aware of the companies existence. Also they make the process so convoluted for the repairer to diagnose the problem and make a claim that repairers just do not have the time.

Save your money and do not get an extended warranty from this company.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST INSURANCE!Very bad experience. I bought a car Skoda that was a wreck. I had to change the water pump probably 6 times in 2 years. The best part is that I also bought an extended warranty with Presidian and whenever I filed a claim it was just a nightmare. Lakesi Hyundai will not help you at all even tho they are responsible for any claim and Presidian as a processor makes everything possible to decline your claim. If I knew what I bought I would rather spend that much money on a new car which we did bought - new Mitsubishi Outlander AWD. I wouldn't recommend Lakeside Hyundai and Presidian at all!
They have a paragraph in their Terms that you have to get a work authorisation number but guess what? I was waiting more than 2 weeks to get in contact with them. emailed them several times - no response. called them and a lady just hung out. Annoying, frustrating...The best part was I was also told I could get my car fixed as soon as I needed because obviously, I needed a driveable car for my work and they will reimburse me money later on. Guess what? I did what they recommended and then they said we won't recover you any money because you fixed your car without a work authorisation number. Poor ass...s!
