Prestige Homecare are an excellent company. From the moment we contacted them to the end of care for my Mother, their service was second to none! They were very flexible and accommodated my mother’s needs 100%. Sian, the Care Manager and her team understood the family and the hard decisions that needed to be taken during difficult times and helped make the whole process less stressful. Their prices were very reasonable as well. We would wholeheartedly recommend Prestige.

Superb care, communication and support. As a family with a family member experiencing Dementia, it is wonderful to know that carers are going in every day to see her. Excellent communication with the manager and carers if any issues. Would recommend.

They all really cared and were very patient and kind. Dad especially liked Nav even though he said she nagged him (in the nicest possible way).

When Dad passed away Sian was there with words of comfort for my younger brother, making coffee and talking about memories of Dad to him and his wife. They said Sian was amazing that morning. She also turned up the next day with flowers.

We are so glad we found such a dedicated team who really embodied the word care.
