Excellent in price and comfort
Very nice mattress but it's two thick I struggle getting in my bed as I am only 4ft 11 ins

We don't think it's fair to criticise the mattress for being too deep. You would have seen this when trying it in store. A solution would be putting the mattress on a lower base would bring the height down for you.

Is very nice
I am disappointed with this mattress as thought I was waking up stiff due to age but after staying in 2 different places recently found I woke up fine with no aches! Have just bought a mattress topper to try and help

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your mattress. It's likely the case that it is either too firm or too soft for you, being a comfort issue rather than an issue with the mattress itself.
