I don’t like the attitude, we did nothing wrong, good luck however.
Greg, a few things, after numerous mri reports my back is kaput, two bulging discs and a fissure in my spine amongst other things due too too many years of contact sports and way too many years in a very heavy manual job, this isn’t just about me being fussy or awkward as you put it in the title of the group chat, this is me sadly having to change my car to something suitable for me to get in and out of more comfortably. We came back to Preston Ramsey as we really liked you, great guy, and things started off really well and both me and Pat were very hopeful, the Tuscan just wasn’t for us as I felt like it was a little bit too downgrade for the money I am paying monthly, the q5 you said was a beautiful car, but sadly upon receiving the video of the car both me and Pat felt it was way below par for what we were after, and just too expensive for the age and spec it had, of course we did an online check to value the car as that’s the convenience we have nowadays and the price shown up very low compared to how much you wanted to sell us the car, it was quite sad as we all know you have to make a living as you are a trader but it just felt too steep of making numbers on myself Greg as like I said we always thought highly of you and it felt like a real blow to the gut. You cut us off after not liking the q5 and wished us all the best, that was it? No other possible solution?
We do honestly feel very let down and hurt and truly hoped you were different than the other run of the mill car salesmen that the worlds flooded with, just feel let down Greg.
We wish you all the best for your wedding anniversary and no hard feelings at all.
