Great customer service
Bookcase wasn't in stock, but I was able to make the purchase and was advised how long it would take and kept informed the whole time. Great Customer service. It arrived and was easy to put together and great quality.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommend
I brought a small cabinet for £50. It did come slightly damaged although packaging was brilliant. I emailed customer service and it was replaced immediately. The cabinet looks great and very happy with it.
Excellent service, quick delivery. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Instruction unclear
Instruction unclear, I had to drill the holes for the screws , in order to put the shelve togheter.
Customer service wasn’t useful , I had to call the manufacturer, that didn’t help at all.

Dear Sylvia, I am very sorry that you had difficulty with this. The instructions are very clear and this unit is very simple - four uprights and five shelves. If the holes do not line up, then the unit has not been assembled correctly. We did try to get better assembly instructions for you, as did the manufacturer; however, as this unit is very uncomplicated, the assembly instructions are also very uncomplicated too. The furniture arrived in very damaged…
Having initially received my order which was unfortunately damaged,Ian could not have done anymore to rectify the problem and went out of his way to ensure I received replacement parts. These arrived following arrangements for delivery and were packaged incredibly well. Both items of furniture look fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. I'd highly recommend this company

A great quality product at a good price and quick delivery only let down by lack of labels on parts to make assembly easier
