Bought a subwoofer
Bought a subwoofer. It was listed as $300 and the cheapest I'd ever seen it in sale was 375, so I was dubious. However, it arrived quickly and shipped from a major electronics store. New, unopened, and no issues.

I had never heard of PriceWaiter before…
I had never heard of PriceWaiter before coming across an offer for a subwoofer i had been eyeing for nearly $150 cheaper than anywhere else. I was nervous that the product would not come as advertised or would take weeks to arrive. WRONG i got the brand new speaker just days after ordering.
Very pleased I took a chance with a new eCommerce company. It paid off.

Company found good price for TV but…
Company found good price for TV but packaged was handled very bad. Outside package was significantly damaged with big ripped hole in the middle.
Package was dropped multiple times. There is no guarantee that TV will last long after terrible handling. Who is responsible for that ??? Pricewaiter, Electronic Express who sold TV or Fedex who left package in front of my door and run away ??? PriceWater should work only with high quality and reliable companies who responsible not only for their products but also for delivery
Yes I reported issue within 48 hrs but I was not offered return and 100% refund

Hello Artur, we're very sorry to hear about the less than satisfactory condition of the delivery box. In regards to who is responsible for your TV continuing to function, the TV is fully covered for the first year under the manufacturer's warranty. As communicated in our policies on the product page, if your TV sustains any damage in shipping we provide a return and 100% refund if reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Prior to this review you indicated in internal communications with us that the product box, and the TV itself, were undamaged and just the outer shipping container sustained damage. This is the reason that Electronic Express double boxes shipped products to help protect them. We are very sorry for FedEx's performance here, but both Electronic Express and FedEx are nationally reputable companies. Even reputable companies make mistakes sometimes and we're happy to assist if any physical damage occurred to the TV set.

TV was NOT from authorized dealer as promised!
While the LG OLED TV I bought was a great deal, and it did arrive and is fully functional, it was NOT sold by an authorized dealer as advertised.
The entire interaction felt sketchy; there were multiple stickers on the box saying NOT to register the warranty from the actual reseller (GameLiquidations), but to lie to LG and say that you bought it from Amazon instead. In fact, one of those stickers was on the TV screen itself, inside the supposedly sealed box! This, along with some minor cosmetic damage on the TV frame, makes me think that this TV was a previously returned unit or otherwise reboxed, and so not fully new.
PriceWaiter sent a follow up email claiming that the TV was already registered with LG along with a screenshot supposedly claiming the same, but when I called LG to confirm, they were unable to find any such registration. So they probably Photoshopped that screenshot too.
When I sent a follow up email raising some of these concerns, I did not receive a response.
I’m keeping the TV because it works fine and it’s too much of a hassle to return, but I would not buy from PriceWaiter again. I did buy the extended warranty from them, so hopefully that should cover the TV even if LG won’t.
But next time, I’m going with a different company that actually sells products from an authorized dealer, as promised.

Thomas, we're so sorry for the experience that you had with PriceWaiter. The retail partner who fulfilled your order had just started selling with us the week that you purchased. We've since updated their product pages to remove their authorized retailer status since they're unwilling to provide their trade-name, even after the purchase.

We've issued a full refund to you for the extended warranty for the TV. We would like to cover the cost of this warranty for you as a gesture of our sincere apologies for the experience that you had.

The movers even went through the trouble of plugging in the brand new TV to make sure it worked without an issue before they left. Delivery time was longer than expected but still within the time frame listed on the tracking number.
