I got lips done and they put remaining into nasal folds, I've just felt a rather large lump here but don't have it on the other side at all.
Noticeable asymmetry here on summer last year and left with very uneven results.
One side looks completely different from the other.
~~ I expected a higher level of supervision from the instructors to ensure the work was symmetrical.

Absolutely love this place. Laura is honestly the most talented practitioner I’ve found for facial aesthetics. She has such an incredible eye and intuition, and is amazing with fillers, Botox and skin treatments. I completely trust her with my face and always love the results.

Lydia gave me the best aromatherapy massage I’ve ever had. I genuinely walked out feeling like a different person — incredibly relaxing and restorative.

Two exceptionally talented women who are brilliant at what they do. Highly recommend! ❤️

Quality products and amazing service, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I booked the 8 Point Facelift course and initially had issues when I informed the academy I was unwell but still willing to attend. Instead of responding properly to my email, they failed to communicate with me correctly, resulting in me travelling 1 hour and 30 minutes unnecessarily before being refused attendance on arrival. I was then told I would need to pay a rescheduling fee despite the situation being caused by poor communication on their side.

When I did attend the academy, I was also very disappointed by the way I was treated by staff. The receptionist, Laura, came across as dismissive and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Rather than trying to resolve the issue professionally, her attitude and behaviour made an already frustrating situation even worse. I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

After eventually agreeing to reschedule and refunding me, I tried again to attend training months later. I contacted the academy to confirm the course was definitely going ahead, only to then be told there was an “unexpected emergency” with the tutor and they were “trying to arrange cover.” This was after I had already blocked my diary out for months. The lack of certainty and organisation was incredibly frustrating.

As someone who regularly invests in training and professional development, this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with a training academy. I understand emergencies happen, but the repeated last-minute issues, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and the way I was treated have completely put me off returning.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this academy based on my experience.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at an aesthetics clinic. Came in for the 8 point face lift treatment and the whole service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. Super happy with the results and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but the ignorance of this company is unreal, I contacted them regarding my filler which is left with lumps and bubbles(slight pain now)

They haven’t been bothered to sort this problem out, I’ve had filler before but never experienced this, they only made me another appointment for a review when I put a message back form about them not responding, I rang up as I couldn’t make it and I was told they’d sort a new appointment.. it’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard or had a single reply AGAIN.

It seems they don’t want to sort my problem out as it’s already been months I will have to deal with this elsewhere!

I had a very disappointing experience at this skin treatment clinic. The staff and owner came across as unprofessional, and the overall handling of my treatment was poor.

What concerned me most was that the risks and possible side effects were not properly explained before the procedure. I did not feel fully informed or comfortable, which is unacceptable for any aesthetic or skin treatment service.

A proper consultation and clear communication should be standard, but this was lacking. I would advise others to be cautious and make sure you fully understand the procedure and risks before going ahead.

Had a great 8 point filler treatment wirh Laura. So gentle and kind yet professional with really good results.

This company are using false advertising, they have used a photo of my face and are saying that I have had an 8 point face lift. I have never had this treatment or used this company. The photos are obviously photo shopped are are misleading for people to have treatment and training. I have informed they company who have removed the photos (but I have the evidence of them using them). and they don't have the decency to reply.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Prime Academy.
I booked a training course on a finance option more than a month in advance. Shortly after, I found a much more suitable training provider just five minutes from my home, which would save me around four hours of daily travel while working full time. Given the circumstances, I contacted Prime Academy to see if they could offer any flexibility.
While I understand that refunds may not be possible, what I found completely unacceptable was their unwillingness to offer any alternative solution—such as transferring me to a different course. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help. There was a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care.
As a result, I am now forced to lose £230 for a course I won’t be attending, while they can easily fill the spot with someone else. This feels unfair and entirely avoidable with even minimal customer support.
I have never experienced such poor service in the beauty industry. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this provider.

I had the tear trough filler treatment here despite being warned by other aestheticians not to have the procedure done because of the risks involved and the procedure being ineffective quite often. Im so glad I went ahead with it. I initially chose premier aesthetics due to being very reasonably priced great reviews online booking options and pay monthly plans. With them being a successful training academy I thought they would have extensive experience in asthetics. What I found was when having my procedure done was much more than I could have imagined. The lady who did the procedure was professional informative easygoing made me feel calm and comfortable she was gentle with her hands but quick and efficient obviously was confident in her work and very experienced. And the results were amazing making a huge difference to my appearance without any bruising or swelling at all not even any signs of having had injections in that area of my face I’m so happy with everything and would highly recommended this place to those wishing to have aesthetic procedures.

I've just completed My Course at Kings Norton Branch with Laura who was so welcoming and made me feel instantly at ease. Her knowledge and teaching are superb and she takes time to explain and answer our questions. The class size was small so we got lots of opportunities to carry out the practical side of the treatments and I felt reassured by Laura & My other class mates. I definitely will be returning for further trainings and would recommend this Academy to anyone. Thank You Laura.

I recently had my lip filler done at this clinic, the results are amazing, I'd highly recommend this clinic to any considering lip filler.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Everyone, especially tutors, was so lovely and welcoming. The environment was positive, supportive and I gained the best learning experience ever. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received, highly recommend

Very bad service

My husband & I (both medical) attended the skin boosters & polynucleotides course with Petra and we were really impressed with her knowledge! She was so helpful and answered all of my random questions. Had plenty of models to practice on too in the afternoon. Great academy, would definitely be back to learn more!

Love this academy. Laura the manager and trainer is such a welcoming, professional and friendly person. She practically runs the academy with such effortless flair and knowledge.

Also Sally- another trainer- wonderful too. I had a new trainer do my Botox a couple of weeks ago- I was feeling quite emotional that day, she held my hand as I found my skin to be sensitive- and she was so warm, friendly and professional.

It's the people that make a business!!

This is my second time at this company I have to say they our amazing at there work and there training too they listen to you and advise you the best thing for you. Am so happy with the work they have done on me today so naturally. The girls our so professional at there job. So glad I have found a place i can trust.
