I just wanted to say thank you to Prime Labs AU for my package and the fast delivery—I really appreciate it.

I have to admit, I was initially quite nervous and a bit skeptical about ordering, simply because I wasn’t familiar with the business. With so many peptide stores online, it can be difficult to know which ones are legitimate.

That said, I’m really glad I decided to give your company a go. Everything arrived promptly, I received regular updates via email throughout the process, and I was provided with a tracking number once my order was shipped, which I could easily follow through my Australia Post app.

Very good communication, I had questions about delivery & water amounts, both questions were answered quickly & delivery was super quick, thankyou.

by far the best customer experience ive had ordering anything online. Prime peptides has always ensured customer satisfaction 24/7. very happy with their fast responses and ability solve any customer enquiries i have had. Have been with them for a couple months now and have had nothing but the highest level of service.

Never received products but great communication along the way. Too many people buying right now, they were happy to refund 100% a legit company

There was an issue with supply , so my order was on backlog. I cancelled my order and they refunded me within 48hrs. Customer service was great .

Edited review: i did receive my product after awhile although it took longer than I'd like. Thankyou to primelabs for reaching out although communication was extremely hard at times. I appreciate the follow up.

I can confirm these guys are legit. Despite my reservations at first thinking it was a scam, the order did arrive it just took ages. Product was exactly as described.

I made an order on the 29th of November, although order didn't come through they refunded my order and I got my money back. Communication was good.

I can recommend Primelabsau. They are a reliable place to get what you need, and I was pleasantly surprised by their integrity. They delivered exactly what I ordered and kept their promises. I can honestly say their customer service is very good, and the whole experience was smooth and trustworthy.

I placed an order late November.

I understand there is delay due to the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales but 4 weeks is a long time.

To add insult to injury, they are now advertising their Christmas promo.

So they are trying to get more orders before they have finished fulfilling their outstanding orders.

I'm sure this is not a scam, (although it feels like it) but it has completely thrown out my protocol and I don't feel I can rely on Prime Labs in the future as a reliable company.

I would have preferred if they marked items out of stock rather than say their is a delay.

To PrimelabsAU's credit, they did refund me the full amount.

Poor communication. Was waiting about 5 weeks for anything but they couldn't even give me a response a to when they'd be shipping the product out. Disappointed, I did get a refund. Just a waste of time. Im not sure if this is a scam or not

Place a black Friday order seemed legit but as of yet nothing stay away from these scammers you can get an email response but that where it ends
UPDATE HAVING DONE ALL THIS THEY OFFERED A FULL REFUND SO THEY MAY BE LEGIT AFTER ALL

I've ordered from these guys multiple times, always got my order within that week and their customer support is amazing. They are super friendly and always willing to help me. Products are great, will definitely continue to purchase from them and have already referred lots of my friends.

It’s a scam. They’ll reply to emails but it’s not legit DO NOT BUY

If I could give a zero star I would. This company sent me contaminated peptides that were cloudy with lumps floating around in the water. After I brought this to there attention they sent me another contaminated batch then went I asked for a refund they agreed and then ghosted me and haven’t replied to any of my emails. Buyer beware steer clear of these people

I have ordered 3 times and have gotten my order each time and quickly. I have had every email responded to, product is good and prices great.
These other reviews are suspect, the information is totally wrong and their profiles are either deleted or new.
100% legit company.
