I found this company extremely helpful in assisting me with removing a name from the title deeds to a property.
They were very quick and went through all the forms and what I needed to do next.
They were a lot cheaper than I was quoted from a solicitor, I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future

From the beginning of this process Jacob and Ruth have been extremely helpful and professional. The process for Transfer of Equity is a good one, first Jacob then Ruth telephoned and told us step by step what was involved, what we needed to do and everything progressed quickly and exactly as they said it would. It made a very daunting process incredibly straightforward. The ID checks through the recommended solicitors also went so smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Help with property deeds
Ruth took me through all the questions necessary to complete 6 or so different forms relating to applying for deeds to be amended . This took out all the stress of having to work out what was relevent and what wasn't . A professional and helpful service.

From the initial contact with Jacob to the call with Ruth to complete our Land Registry forms we were completely satisfied with the high level of customer service provided. Ruth explained each form in detail and once we had given her the information to complete them we were emailed copies to print and sign. I would highly recommend Prime Property Transfers. Our case manager, Ruth, was extremely professional, thorough and friendly. She gave excellent insight and advice throughout the whole process and was obviously very experienced. She highlighted potential pitfalls in the process and explained how to easily avoid them, such as ensuring the correct date sequence on the forms and writing the reference numbers on the reverse side of the cheques.
