I'm giving a one star review as it doesn't seem to allow a 0 star review. It's undoubtedly a scam. I lost a lot of money but thankfully I did not get drawn into their suggestions that I take out a 25k loan, or send them any more money. There is no way you can withdraw you money at anytime. You'll maybe see reviews saying how easy it is to withdraw profits. Complete tosh.
Please DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM.

I invested a big amount and at first I was seeing good returns and the consultant was friendly and great teacher but after I invested as much as I could afford they wanted me to invest more which obviously i couldnt my consultant then informed me she had family issues and referred me to a colleague who kept pushing me to take loan or contact friends and family to invest more but long story short my account now can longer be reached and I have no way of contacting primevex. So be aware😫😫😫

Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw my money. Now my withdrawal is delayed and they are not replying to my emails. I can still see my balance displayed in the account but actually getting access to those funds has become impossible. I've been satisfied with the way M𝚘netian...has handled my account. They've followed through on their commitments and my withdrawal requests have been accepted.

Always pushing for more money to be invested. (Any 'profit' refunds are done through an equally dicey company. Now I want to close my account and am told it will cost me some £ hundreds to do so because they will lose money in costs, if I do. My account is in credit, even if you remove their 20% commission. So, all is lost. Above all, do not allow them to try a 'zoom' call with you - God knows what information they might get.

Account 410079013 (just in case Primevex say they can’t trace it) further to my previous reviews, my account has now been hacked and the balances reduced to zero without my knowledge , I can only assume by an internal source. The client support email address no longer exists, no phone numbers work and my most recent ‘success manager’ calls me from time to time but hangs up as soon as I answer. I accept I have lost the small sum I invested (thankfully I resisted their coercive attempts to get me to invest more funds) I would just advise AVOID AVOID AVOID this awful company! I am sure they will once again complain to trustpilot that this review is defamatory, but it’s the absolute truth! If it was possible to give zero stars that would be more appropriate… and the email address they are asking me to contact is the one I’ve already mentioned above which no longer exists, so if you read their reply to this and believe them to actually want to know more you’re sadly mistaken!!

PRIMEVEX have delivered on their promised advertised percentage return today with profits $$$/£££ deposited into accounts of choice.
Reinvested in the various Forex trading under the watchful eye and guidance of PRIMEVEX managers.
No quibbles, no problems just pure profits. Thanks guys.

After my one star review and my experience with primevex, things however did improve when I received a call from a Sophia : PR.
I would like now to reverse that review in favour of my conversation with Sophia, both raised concerns of bad communication and judgment that happened, but the short time i was with them I did make a profit , but I felt it was time to close my account which was concluded successfully. My star rating now stands at 4 and my thanks to Sophia for all her help.

I went into this investment platform with a fairly good impression. From the beginning, it looked professional and gave me the impression that I was dealing with a trustworthy company. Communication was also responsive, which made me feel more comfortable about putting money into the platform. Anyone considering this platform should independently investigate it and make sure they understand the withdrawal procedure, including any fees, conditions, and requirements that may apply. .org and .net both get my account back but my balance of $200 has reduced inexplicably to zero!!!!

The FX trade history and account number are intact. Serene offered to supply a working balance that cannot be withdrawn and profits can be withdrawn after a qualifying period has elapsed.

I am not interested in effectively a demo account!!! Ig.com provide those for sharedealing account holders if I want to practice cfd trading.

Serene has a very seductive foreign accent so be warned. I have openly told everyone at Primevex that my $200 deposit was all they’d get from me but it is water off a ducks back I guess? Banks condone them!!!

I cancelled my credit card within minutes of authorising .$200 and that authority means I cannot
claim it back, and worse still they could not stop the payment!!!!

And the Chicago broker eho received my cash has replied with news that I must go through my bank!!!

PRIMEVEX is absolute FRAUD.
They operate under Primevex.co, Primevex.co, Primevex.cc, and similar. DO NOT COMMIT big funds for 5.4% monthly return (TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE). Real professional team of scammers working from South Africa. Primevex.org, Primevex.com, Primevex.co, Primevex.cc are all related. Even all the texts for Primevex.org is same as Primevex.co, even claiming 5.4% monthly interest rate on deposits. I have been already defrauded for $1500, and another poor lady claimed on Trustpilot that she was defrauded more than £27,000 and she cried for 3 days. STAY AWAY from any PRIMEVEX. AI search showed that all of these websites sprung out early 2026. No registration with FCA (UK), or SEC (USA), or FINMA (Switzerland). If you want to know, My Trading account number was 410098811. I have kept the screenprints of my activity and have the emails that were sent to my email as a proof of SCAM. But since, Primevex is not registered with FCA, or SEC, or FINMA, there is no redress. I just want other people not to fall into the same TRAP that is woven very elaborately.

My trading account number was 410098811. I also replied to your email that was sent from client.re and Primevex.org email address. . My withdrawal request for $1620 was made on 18 September and I received the email confirmation on same day that funds withdrawal will be completed in 7 days. That 7 days were completed on 25 September but no funds were returned. My trading account and my access was removed.
