Arthur nailed it! We came in with a rough concept, and they turned it into a beautiful, professional website that captures who we are. They were fast, friendly, and made sure we loved final design.

As a small business owner, I didn't have the time or expertise to work on my websites' SEO. But since partnering with these professionals, my website is now ranking better than ever.

This experience resulted in significant financial loss and stress!

This experience caused significant financial loss and stress I could not afford! :(
I originally hired Prime Web Developer to manage my business website. I was told costs would be reasonable, but I was repeatedly charged thousands more, including additional fees for hosting on what they described as a highly secure server.

During 2025, they also convinced me to sign a $23,500 contract for a book fair in Germany, which included a refund if services were not performed. I paid a deposit and was later instructed to send a wire transfer of 20K on 9/12/2025 to secure my participation. After sending the money, communication dropped off, and I was later asked for an additional $10,000 that was never agreed upon.

When I checked on the event, I discovered I had not been properly registered, and items they said were included—like flights—were not provided. After missing the opportunity, I tried to resolve things reasonably by asking them to print the books they had promised as they did not want to issue a refund. I agreed to them printing hundreds of books instead, but from October 2025 through February 2026, my calls were ignored and nothing was delivered despite multiple opportunities to fix the situation.

After I began threatening legal action to get a response, my website suddenly went down—despite the extra money I had paid for security and hosting. It was eventually brought back online, but then went down again during an important book launch for my business. That was truly heartbreaking for me, as I had invested so much time, money, and effort into that moment. I was then told I needed to pay an additional $4,700 to restore it to a “safe” website.

At that point, I had no choice but to hire another company and rebuild everything from scratch.

Based on my experience, I felt seriously misled and financially taken advantage of. I strongly recommend extreme caution before working with this company.

RUN from this company, Sloppy, Steal Domains

RUN from this company. They are scam artists, sloppy designers, and liars. First off they will quote you a price to host your site along with free domains, email address, and updates - that is too good to be true. You'll take this “deal” like I did ignoring your gut that it's too good to be true. Later you will find there are massive hidden costs, poor workmanship, and will demand $950 from you to release your domains they have stolen.

They give no contracts, and nothing in writing but you trust them because they call you all the time and seem like they care. You think they are just a small company that is trying to get off their feet. You want to support them.

You will ask why you are not getting your free domains that you promised as you get a bill from your registrar to pay. They tell you that your domains need to be transferred to them so you can get them for free. They still charge you $70 but you pay it because you’re not thinking straight. You ask if your name is on the transferred domains, they tell you not to worry they'll handle everything. You do it because you don't know better and are trusting.

During this time, you have to send mountains of emails to them about sloppy work on the site - misspelled words, photos that aren't centered, photos that are blurry even though you gave them crystal clear ones, links that don't work. They do not optimize the phone view either, so you have to go through the phone view as well and tell them what needs to be fixed.

You have to keep an eye on your site because even though they are supposed to be "professionals" they have no pride in their work or care if your site is filled with errors or if the phone version is unreadable. You will then give them a list of things to fix which will often take them a week or two to complete or they completely drop the ball, and you have to ask them again.

You will then have to go and check everything once it's complete. You will find that half of it will be done wrong the other half they've missed. You will have to be in constant contact with them fixing things or learning how to do it yourself because most of the time they don't do it right.

Soon your sites will start to go down and get hacked, you will have to watch your sites every day because something is wrong with them every day. They will then tell you, you need to pay for security updates which they never talked about when they sold you the original package. You will tell them you refuse. That you want to go back to your original provider.

On top of this you will find out that the email address that they promised for your site, they never paid for - they created a Gmail account instead that you had no access to. So, for months the reason you never got any hits on your site is because the email didn't exist.

You tell them to give you access to the domains that YOU OWN. They first lie to you that they are locked, and have to wait 60 days. You have to do deep research on the Internet to find out that they took your domains and sent them to NameCheap. You will contact NameCheap and they will inform you that the domains are not locked.

You will then tell Prime Web Developer that they're not locked and to simply give them back as you never gave them permission to send them to NameCheap and put their names on it.

They will tell you it will cost you $950 to give you your administrative control which they never told you they were stealing. They further threaten to shut down your sites that you've paid for unless you pay them. They will ask you to pay the $950 by Zelle.

You will contact NameCheap asking for help, they will tell you it is out of their hands, that you have to hire a lawyer and not to pay them the $950 but you’re stuck. You will reach out to ICANN because you don't have money for a lawyer and find out it takes 17 days to file a complaint. The whole time your site will be in jeopardy while you're waiting. You decide you cannot risk your site going down. You pay them the $950 after you get them to agree to let you pay by wire instead of Zelle. You will wire it to a company called BeyondBrowse.

Though they tell you they will transfer the domains back immediately you wait for 12 hours in agony wondering if they are also going to cheat you out of this money and do nothing. You are at their mercy. Finally, they transfer them to your new account at NameCheap which costs them nothing and takes them five minutes of work. The person's name on the transfer will be Roger Hayden - obviously a fake name - from BeyondBrowse who had taken control of them.

The nightmare is over for me.
Don’t let it happen to you.
