Awful quality. I ordered a coat and a Christmas jumper. They are only rags. Wish I had read these reviews first

Ik bestel leuke bijzondere wollen truien en krijg bedrukte synthetische truien. Absoluut niet wat ik besteld heb.

Shocking. Material is like an old 80’s “fake silk” child’s nightie. I purchased a cardigan. No shape, just hangs. DO NOT go near a naked flame!!!!!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered what I thought would be a Christmas jumper but what arrived was nothing like the photo. It was a screen printed image on a cheap lycra material. I contacted them asking for a refund of which they told me the product was correct and they have refused any refund. They do not have a refund policy in place! The company are a scam and a joke, I would never order from here again and I would urge people to do the same.
The price was also different (more expensive) from the original advertisement. The company are mis marketing their products and need to be closed down,

Fick en tröja i fullständigt usel kvalitet. Dessutom stämde inte måtten (givetvis för liten) Kundservicen bestod av klämkäcka AI-genererade meddelanden som uppmanade mig att behålla plagget och sluta klaga eftersom det var så dyrt att skicka tillbaka varor. De tyckte att jag kanske kunde ge bort plagget till någon … Efter 5 dagars tjatande känner jag att jag snart ger upp.

Ordered a XMAS jumper it’s an absolute joke it’s NOTHING like the picture advertised it’s completely different material and for the price almost £30 in the sale which would have been a lot more full price this is rubbish quality it’s like nylon/polyester with the print but in the picture looks like a woollen Xmas jumper! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews on this company before ordering. Delivery times are unacceptably long. Still waiting weeks later.

On commande un pull sensé être en laine, on reçoit une copie du pull en synthétique...

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a Christmas jumper but what I received was a synthetic top that is absolutely awful and bears no resemblance to the picture.

I am going to have to lose £32 as they charge an extortionate fee to return the item.

This is a SCAM and the company needs to be reported.

Ordered a Christmas sweater from this “Christian” company and it was a complete joke. I ordered a sweater and what I got was a screen printed cheap then sweatshirt… it’s terrible. I contacted their customer service for a return but I’m assuming I won’t hear back or it’ll cost me the price of the “sweater” to return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

On the website it says easy returns. I ordered what I thought was a sweater. It is not a sweater. The person on the other side of the email will not give me the address to return the product. They asked what was wrong and then asked to show pictures. I have stated to them that it was unworn and not taken out of the package. This is not an easy return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I would give a 0 if possible. Christmas top was ordered and it was horrible quality and the fit would fit an orangutan the sleeves were so long. Response was quick when I wanted to return or my money refunded. Then after I sent pictures they said it was what I ordered and sorry it would take to long to return so keep it and have a good day! Horrible quality and no satisfaction. Don't order from them!

Scam - do not order. Instead of nice Christmas jumpers as shown on the pictures you get some awful cheap shiny synthetic stuff that’s too cold to wear in winter in any case.

I ordered what look like a beautiful Christmas long cardigan now that’s normally knitted and as the pattern stood out it truly look like that but when I eventually received it it looked more like a dressing gown (polyester) there is no way you could wear that outside a pure waste of money will never ever recommend or but from these people again 😫

11.22.24 I was able to contact vendor via their website and they quickly corrected the order. These pieces are not exactly what they looked like online but are much closer.
I changed my review to 3 stars.

11.16.23 It's been more than 2 weeks and I finally received one piece of my order. I ordered a cute Christmas sweater. What I got is a flannel top that I may be able to wear to bed. It's so ugly. I will not order here again.

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt. It's made from a cheap, shiny, synthetic fabric. It's awful looking. I would never wear it. I asked the company for a refund, but they said the sweatshirt is just fine, and they won't give me a refund. Don't order clothes from these people.
