Used them twice both with issues regarding wrong product and receiving a refund
I have been waiting since 4 December for a jacket which was then delivered January and was wrong size sent straight back recorded delivery i have sent pictures of delivery still not received refund
customer services are rude really poor compant

Sold me fake trainers, slow response and when did respond very bad attitude. Still waiting on refund a month later when goods were sent back upon discovering they were knock offs. Terrible company.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
“Won” a competition on their Instagram page, 2 tickets for the Manchester derby which never existed, turns out the boy who runs this company is a compulsive liar and left 2 of my mates standing outside old Trafford after a 3 hour trip down there with no tickets and ignored his phone then said after the game tried to phone me countless times (another lie). Avoid anything to do with this muppet and his shady business.

Untrustworthy. I ordered Onrunning trainers for Christmas present on 24/11. Chased up several times but was told there were issues with deliveries. On 22/12 got told they had been lost in transit and I would get a refund. Finally got the refund on 04/01.

THIS COMPANY STOLE £615 FROM ME
I ordered £615 worth of goods and never received anything or a refund. I placed this order in September 2022, there was no attempt to ship the order. Once I contacted support they claimed to be looking into it but still haven’t bothered to resolve it. This is theft and I DO NOT recommend this company.

Terrible company. Bought a Nike set from them 3 weeks ago, when it got delivered the shorts were in the package but the jacket was no where to be found. I have emailed and messaged them on instagram several time to find out where the jacket is but I have had no response.
I want a refund immediately!

Ordered a pair of trainers and paid £5.99 for express shipping which states 1-2 days. Over two weeks later and I still haven’t received the trainers. Communication has also been very poor through emails when trying to find out the status of my order.
They have now advised I've been updated on the status of my order which isn't true as I've still no idea where my order is almost 4 weeks later! Shocking customer service!!
