Ordered ten days ago. Received an email stating they had supply issues in Europe, messaged them on insta and email. No response from either. Paid on my credit card so getting the money back shouldn’t be an issue

I ordered two of these in medium as I thought they were a great price, they were supposedly the same as the ones ordered on Nike, they were not so do not fit the same. I only received 1 item. I have been waiting for my other item for two weeks. I have emailed and tried to contact them but no response. The item I have doesn’t fit but I don’t want to send it back just in case I get no refund at all.

My order has not been delivered, I messaged them and have not had a reply

Haven’t received my trainers after a week

Wish I had read these reviews pre ordering.
Not happy paid for an item that was basically advertised as in stock, no dispatch after a week, then received an email to say slight delay. I emailed a week later as no further contact, to ask how long the delay would be. To be told my order had been refunded as no stock. No evidence on any refund in my account so still waiting. Poor service will not buy again!

Shipping was delayed for the second time.
I’ve ordered off here twice and it’s happened both times.
No tracking for the parcel.
Paid for delivery as I needed it quickly and has not stuck to the designated times.

Ordered several times, always delays, wrong sizes getting sent out etc. usually they have eventually rectified it but the last time I’ve ordered trainers in March and they haven’t been delivered, was promised a refund and now they just blank emails and messages. Terrible service and customer experience.

Terrible. Delayed my order which is a birthday gift and then refunded when it seems they didn't even have it in stock.

Unfortunately I ordered size 8 trainers at a very expensive price and the wrong size were sent which was a 7.5.
I’ve waited over a week for these and at that price you think the order would be correct.

AVOID!! I sent back two items as they didn't fit properly. Sent with recorded delivery, which they signed for over 2 months ago. I chased them up as I had not revieved a refund.

Very slow to respond in the first case when they did, they said they would issue the refund. I've chased up multiple times in the last 2 months and recieved no communication back and have still not recieved a refund!!

This was for £150. These people are thieves.

I placed and order of 4 items, the order was split into two different packages due to not having some items in stock when they showed as in stock on the website.

The first package arrived and it contained one thing that I ordered and another I didn’t, I then received my second package a week later after paying for delivery that states 3-5 days. This package also wasn’t the correct items. I email customer services who told me to return them which I did. I don’t this by signed for deliver with Royal Mail, the package was signed for over a month ago not and I haven’t received my refund which I was til I would. I have send numerous email and only had on reply asking for reference numbers from Royal mails etc, I sent this over including pictures of the confirmation and still no refund or contact.

This order was over £120, it’s a complete and utter joke that this is happening and by the looks of it on a regular basis.

Stay well clear.

Stay away I have been waiting on a refund for weeks you can’t get a hold of anybody.When I finally got someone on instagram they wanted proof of my returns from the post office which I sent but 10 messages later still nothing shocking service

No goods a month down line email everyday No reply this is a scam stay away they just keep your money and never reply

crap - sent wrong trainers and do not respond and have not refunded me despite returning them to them. it's been over 1 month now. some fraud company.

Returned two Items as they didn’t quite fit, tracking said was received 3 week ago. Emailed numerous times on most platforms to see when refund will take place. Heard nothing still. Paid on clearpay as I thought I would be covered if anything went wrong. They don’t cover returns/cancellations so learnt from that one too.

Don’t even waste your time I ordered weeks ago and still nothing. I’ve also emailed twice and no response. Absolutley crap website

Poor customer service can’t get one reply to multiple emails

The items they said they had in stock I ordered n they then said they don’t have them in stock after me purchasing and waiting nearly 2 weeks I rang and texted multiple times before I got managed to get there attention I then got a refund but it just wasn’t a really good overall experience when I bought something and it wasn’t in stock the whole time even though they was meant to be in stock.
