Been a month since I placed my order. Tried to contact them on several times. Have received no communication from them.

Order hasn't arrived 10 days after ordering on next day delivery.

Bought a colour cartridge from them. It was 13 years out of date and surprise, surprise it doesn't work. I have tried to contact them and had no response. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money. Never going to use them again. Absolute con.

Ordered an HP 508X toner (order #6021) on 5 August, £168.36. It arrived quickly, which is the only positive thing I can say.

It prints lines and dots all over every sheet — completely unusable. I emailed with photos on 7 August asking for a replacement and heard nothing. I chased on the 11th, the 12th and the 14th before anyone replied. When I finally got a response it was to say a return label would be sent "around 2pm" that day for a refund. That was six days ago. No label ever came, and my emails since (18th and 20th) have gone unanswered again.

I've now sent seven emails and had exactly one reply in over two weeks. I don't want a refund, I want the working toner I paid for — I run a business and I need to print. Being left chasing a supplier every single day for something that was faulty out of the box is not acceptable. Apart from it didn't even come in a box. So its obviously reconditioned.

Fine if everything goes right. If anything goes wrong, be prepared to be ignored.

Things go wrong so just reply and put it right, customers are usual fine with that.

The HP printer ink cartridge 951XL Magenta arrived in a battered box and is older than the cartridge it was replacing. The warranty date on the one you sent ended in 2022. I believed I would receive a new cartridge not an old out of date one in a box that looked like it had been in someones handbag for months.

This company is fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs.
I placed an order on 9th June for a printer cartridge costing £94.52 which was delivered, with no original packaging. Courier tracking details were provided when the item was dispatched. The cartridge appeared out of date but worked when installed.
Based on that I placed another order on 22 June for three cartridges costing £256.09. Despite seven follow emails between 27 June and 26 July I did not receive the cartridges or any response from the supplier. I did get a *fraudulent* email on 6 July saying that the cartridges had been dispatched but with no tracking information provided (unlike the prior order).
I have sent a formal complaint letter and will be following up via the Small Claims Court if my refund is not provided in the required timescale. I will also report the company to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

HP Cartridge arrived. Not in original packaging.
Appears to be from 2011 . (Compared the datestamp to other known good HP products).
Lo and behold it didn't work. Even after much head cleaning. Totally useless, a complete waste of time and money. WILL NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.

Non delivery of product, poor communication from company , a company to avoid, advertise competitive prices but fail to deliver on them , ask for reviews before product has been dispatched!

Great price . Prompt delivery and quality product . Will use this retailer again for printer ink .

Efficient service and cartridge works great

Ordered 3 colours and 1black cartridge, they were all out of manufacturers guarantee, one by 12 years !!! Nowhere on their website does it say cartridges are out of guarantee. Having said that they are working, but other suppliers sell out of guarantee cartridges at a cheaper price.

My experience reflects that of other reviewers. I was sent a faulty toner cartridge. I tried to contact the company by phone but the call went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. I wrote an email but have not received a response.

My experience matches the majority of reviews here. I received a defective HP62 cartridge which would not work in two different printers. I followed the suggestion of the 'Thank You' note enclosed with the cartridge and emailed (twice) rather than phoned. I received no reply. Then I phoned only to discover the msgbox was full. That's a red flag for a scam outfit.
I'm hoping for a refund from my credit card company.
On the Companies House website it appears that the owner only registered the company on 24 July 2026...
Definitely one to avoid.

And after seeing the reply from Printer Supplies Ltd here, it's worth stating for the avoidance of doubt that the supplier did not deal with me directly at any stage after I requested a refund, which I only obtained by raising a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered ink cartridge 13th May, wrong ink was sent. Contact via email, eventually received a reply requesting proof. Photos sent of picking slip and ink supplied. Issue still hasn’t been resolved nearly three months later. Emails unanswered and unable to leave a voicemail as mailbox full.

Still waiting on refund for incorrect cartridge sent back in March, all very efficient when returning, now no contact/response when refund is due 4 months after agreement.
Unbelievable replies to some of these reviews from the chap running this scam. !!

We ordered a HP cartridge (£39.66) from these cowboys on 16/06/2026 and only wish I had read the reviews first.
The cartridge arrived but I immediately got suspicious with a barcode label conveniently placed over the "use by" date. peeling it off, I found it had expired June 2021. I contacted them by phone but was greeted with an answerphone message and also the message box was full so I could not leave a message. I emailed them but got no replies. I sent repeated emails but nothing and the phone was still not taking calls. After a month of trying to contact them we've given up. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
