The print is not good. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Read further on the reviews below and not the fake once between! I tried calling them but only automated phone answering.
The paper is cheap, it looks terrible in matt, the print was way to dark.
We ordered and paid online but got at the next day an email that we had to pay more than double of the original price because the photo required more ink!!
Only positive was the fast shipping.

So thrilled with my photos which were unusual sizes. Delivery was prompt, the quality of the photos (colour, clarity, weight of the card) was wonderful and they arrived in excellent condition. Highly recommend "printonline".

I ordered a coloured poster to be displayed during my uncle's funeral at a rest home in Auckland. I wanted the attendees to write a personal message on the poster as part of their expression of grief and also for me to have as a keepsake. I was his next of kin but I live overseas so had to do everything via the net. I explicitly communicated in all my corresponded with Printonline (POL) that the poster had to be delivered by 10am on the day of the service and it didn't make it! I was very disappointed. When I mentioned it to staff at POL I was given a clinical response that included cut and paste text from their website, there was no empathy or apology. One star is too much.

Really happy with my coloured prints. Fast delivery, cheapest prices around, great quality (even for the cheapest colour option). Will definitely be ordering again from print online.

We ordered a booklet to be printed early on 23rd January hoping to get it overnight.
I got a confirmation later that morning to say the courier had picked it up and it was on in our mail box by 3pm the same day!
Quality was excellent - much better than I could have printed on my little machine and was so good to have such a professional document - thank you!

We’ve been using PrintOnline for three years. They’ve always delivered faster than expected and at a higher quality than anyone else in New Zealand.

What a great experience! I sent through a very important work document of 200+ pages to be printed and bound. The website was very easy to navigate and uploading my PDF document was a breeze! I had no issues with the standard paper I chose. My package arrived safe and sound with zero damage to it. After ordering on Sunday night my parcel arrived early Tuesday morning. Very impressed with Printonline. Would highly recommend! I will definitely be using them again. Very competitively priced as well. A hassle free experience!

I couldn't believe Printonline at first. The price and over night delivery seemed too good to be true. But wow!! Fabulous service. So easy to use! I have been a customer for the last 3 years and have always appreciated this service as I do print a lot. The instructions are easy to follow. The colour printing comes out nice and usually experience fast post. Just recently there was a delay with postage caused by freight service. There was an error in my printing but Printonline got back to me fast and resent to me which was great.

Ordered in the weekend and my documents were and sent on Monday morning, arriving at my doorstep on Tuesday. I ordered 2 copies of 84 pages with plastic covers, card backs, and plastic binding. Everything was perfect!

I ordered 11 pages printed in A0 and only received 5 pages in my delivery. I’ve emailed thru their customer support and have received absolutely no response and their phone number is just an automated message! Do NOT recommend!

Ordered 13 A0 pages of sewing patterns on Saturday, just got them in the mail (Tuesday) fast turnaround times, but they're printed terribly. The ink is bleeding all over the page, and is so faint in places that i cant even see my cutting lines, which makes the patterns completely useless. Spent 80 odd dollars to be sent paper that just has to be trashed now. Tried to ring and just got automated message, will be emailing now.

Update: 23/11/22
Sent an email including photos of the frankly awful printing i received, and got told that it was 'within specifications' for their printing, and that if i wanted better prints i should get the more expensive option. So if you want to pay, get sent printing that is absolutely terrible, and then told that it 'meets their standards' then this is the place for you, if you want actual good quality, useable printing - look somewhere else!

I was so really happy with how easy it was to place my order even of multiple different prints, it arrived the next day and was definitely cheaper than getting it printed elsewhere, I will be using print online again and have already been recommending it, the only reasons i didn't give it 5 stars is one of the booklets I got bound was cut a bit wonky and I also did wish there was a way I could have had the cover page in color and the rest of the print black and white. But really happy with everything

Good work ethics! Fast delivery! Amazing service and reliable. Highly recommended!! Initial printing error wasn’t picked up in time and Printonline sent corrected copies.

EDIT: After around 15 or so emails, they finally got the issue and understood the problem. They apologised for the error and sent out a new document which was printed properly. The problem was really simple I sent them photos etc, so the fact this took so long to resolve would put me off using again.

Horrible horrible experience, my document was not printed properly emails ignored until i follow up
Now ignored again. What you claim is the issue is not and your team are not helpful other than telling me to spend more money and get the document redesigned which makes no sense has hundreds of others have printed the doc no problem! Incredibly frustrating and clearly you don’t listen or care at all about customer satisfaction. Id give zero stars if i could.
